It is my 3rd time to Mitsuba. Food are very fresh and mostly taste good. The ala carte buffet comes in small portions so no food will be wasted. They finally have a self-order sheet and indication of portions (1 piece per order, 2 slices per order) on the menu, which is great! I will visit again.

The sashimi are fresh and the slices are thick. Worth the value. Buffet dishes are miniature which allow you to try many dishes. Overall food quality are decent.

Consistent quality and service in all my visits thus far. Highly recommended as a value for money japanese buffet option. Will be back for more!

The restaurant staffs are friendly and foods are good and the price are value for money, but soup only have two type and no coffee.

I have visited the restaurant on 3 occasions over the last 6 months and found that they have always maintained their quality and services. Their buffet menu is value for money and love their complimentary dish.

Waiters were very friendly and allowed me to choose the table that i wanted. Ordered a sashimi platter ($30), tamago ($6), and a maki (can't remember which one). All the dishes were very fresh and came quickly. Can't commend the sashimi more, it's so good and fresh!! Asked for additional wasabi and the waiter brought it up very quickly. Waiters were very attentive to refilling our hot tea and iced water, definitely commendable! Restaurant was quiet, very nice place to dine in if you're looking for good quality Jap food and a wallet friendly price (: will recommend and will definitely come back.

The atmosphere is just right at the window seat with the view of Qlarke Quay. The waitress are friendly and the food is great. Will definitely return again.

Cozy environment. Quality of food is passable with consistent serving of food ordered even during peak timing. Pleasant service staffs. I would revisit again.

1st time trying the Buffet dinner. Nice ambience, Waitress service average, Serving time average too as some items are very fast but there's 1 sushi that we ordered, we waited for almost 20min, thought order was not taken but it came out after we settled our bill. Notice there're fans around and did not feel the air-con, had checked with the staff but she said the air-con was on, should adjust the air-con temp instead of oning all the fans but we still feels quite warm. Nonetheless, the food are very fresh. :)

2nd visit & overall service and food are good but the air-con still no improvement. Still feel warm even though they the fans up there are on and they even took out a standing fan when there're more people. Hope they will do something about the air-con.

We ordered buffet dinner for the 8 to 10 pm session. We had a surprise when told at 9 20 pm - its the last order and after that we cannot order any more.. We ended ordering something from the Ala carte menu for the desserts. Food was reasonably good for the price

Fantastic taste! Very good service. Go for one of the lunch sets and make sure it is one that comes with Sashimi (they are willing to make changes to the pre-defined lunch sets as well if you ask politely). The place was a bit empty for lunch. But this is what gives you a windows seat with river view.

wow wow wow, i had never heard of this restaurant until today. the restaurant was unassuming, and there weren't many people there either. however, i was sooo pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food. the sushi that we had were soooo fresh, the yakiniku beef was tender and delicious. i could just keep raving about their food, but i encourage you to give this restaurant a try for yourself. i think the only negative thing that i can say about this restaurant is that the food that we ordered took a while to come out, but i guess that,s how they ensure the food to turn out sooo awesome

Despite the previous head chef leaving. Place retains its good service and food. Staff were friendly and attentive. Prices were reasonable. A regular place to visit, will visit again.

Good and fast service, nice ambience, gave us a window corner seat even without asking. nice food and knowledgeable, nice attitude staff. It was my 3rd time, will visit it again.

First time trying Mitsuba Japanes Restaurant. We had the buffet dinner. Food was not bad (Salmon slices were thick). However, slow in service though there were not a lot of people in the restaurant.

Food was not bad, but service was a little slow. Waitress kept forgetting our orders.

Good is nice, service not bad too. Will revisit again
