My 1st visit with my girlfriend. The staff was kind enough to let us in at 6pm although our reservation was at 6.30pm. Ambiance was not bad & the area was really spacious. Staff adopted my request & arranged seats near the window. I was asked to order thru scanning the QR Code. Most of the food was served promptly after I had placed my order, except for the sashimi (??). Some food tasted really good except for a few : Donbimushi - No ingredients in the pot & the soup was quite salty / Chawanmushi - I ordered both the original & w/Ikura, the original one tasted quite bland / Yasai itame- same as the original Chawanmushi / Grilled Beef - quite salty / Limited choice for grilled & fried items & in view of the theme - non-Japanese cup Ice cream (the only dessert) was served. On the other hand - the Kurobuta Sausage, Battered Tempura, Tamago w/Mayo & Gindara fish were all good & unique in flavours! As for their service : the staff were not attentive enough after we were directed to our seats. I have to keep waving my hands for a while before I can grab their attention. Price - I went for their Regular Buffet @ $59.90++, a little steep for the quality & options offered. Overall - the experience is good but, it can be better!

My friends were very impressed with the selection of food available. However I would suggest proper red wine glasses especially when we were charged corkage. But overall, the food experience was fantastic. Good service from the staff too 👍👍

Our second visit and we enjoyed it. Service is swift and efficient, from the serving of dishes to the clearing of empty ones. Quality of food is good, although meats are salty and may need to be paired with rice or soba.

Mitsuba did everything right! We were pleasantly welcomed at the door, introduced to the ordering system and served our drinks. Our food orders arrived within minutes and many of the dishes were good quality.

Amazing experience, attentive staffs and very prompt services delivered. Foods are served quickly and prompt tea top up. Is a must go for Jap food lovers.
