The Flaming Ribs is touted to be the house speciality and costs more but consists of nothing more than ribs with barbeque sauce poured on top. The other two house recommendations -honey rum and hickory - are not much better. The meat is very dry. Appears to be pre-cooked and left on the grill for too long, drying out the meat. Not much service to speak of.
