Singapore’s mezza9 is a stylish restaurant that fits the bill for any occasion. Located on the mezzanine level (hence the name), this restaurant serves a wide variety of international dishes. With award-winning executive sous chef Martin Satow from Hamburg at the helm, you’re in good hands when dining at this international restaurant. Located inside of the Grand Hyatt Singapore on Scotts Road, mezza9 is right in the heart of Orchard and steps from Somerset and Newton MRT stations. It’s the perfect spot to go for a vibrant dining experience in the heart of the city-state. Don’t forget to book ahead!
If you enjoy broadening your horizons with new flavours and cuisines, mezza9 is an ideal spot for you to do so. This stylish restaurant inside Grand Hyatt Singapore on Scotts Road offers a Sunday brunch featuring superlative options ranging from Scottish black mussels, Maine lobster and fine de claire rock oysters to slow-roasted Cape Grim rib eye, slow-cooked lamb shoulder and spit-roasted free range pork leg. If you’re not quite the brunch type, don’t worry – Orchard’s mezza9 offers many other excellent a la carte options to choose from.
mezza9 is the ideal spot to enjoy a business lunch with your colleagues. Dishes like the blue swimmer crab cakes, chirashi don, the mezza9 hamburger are popular lunch items, but if you’re really hungry and want to treat yourself, go for a lunch set. We like the lobster lunch set, a huge spread including a dressed jelly fish salad with cucumbers, carrots and chilli; wok-fried half Maine lobster tail and claw and glutinous rice dumplings with peanuts and black sesame. For dinner, try the flavourful gai yanh chicken and end with a flower pot dessert for a sweet finish. There’s much more to discover here, so be sure to visit often to see what’s new at mezza9 in Singapore’s Orchard.
Food is good BUT the service has deterioted . I frequent Mezza9 almost twice a month for years and in the last 1 year , something is not working right anymore on the level of service . Delayed , wrong and slow service . Waiting staffs are not professionally trained . Cooks / chefs are counter are not prefessional . For an average spent of 290--350 sgd per time for 2-3 persons , we should not be made to pay for a $3 bread .
Great selection of food and drinks! One of the best buffet brunch in Singapore! Overall great ambience and service. Good for special occasion. Will go back again.
Good food that was nicely plated and great service throughout lunch. Loved the complimentary freshly baked bread.
Not too bad, set Lunches has increased in price since 1 June. Still okay but portion could be more!
