Based in the Singapore Sheraton Towers Hotel, the Maetomo Bar & Restaurant is reimagining the concept of Washoku – traditional Japanese dining. Both the restaurant and chef Maetomo are inspired by nature and, in particular, the four seasons. That means you can expect the freshest seasonal ingredients treated with love to bring out their natural delicate flavours. Velvet upholstery and a gold motif give the restaurant a luxurious feel, but you can go one step further by renting one of the four private dining rooms. Either way, the ambience is serene, and you can relax and immerse yourself while enjoying traditional Japanese food with a modern twist. The à la carte menu selection is available both in the restaurant dining room and at the bar.
