I did enjoyed the good time at the restaurant and the house service. The food is fresh and tender which the fish and duck meat we ordered. I most impressed is the chef personally introduced the main dishes to the customers. Give the complement to the chef

Great food and outstanding service. Nice vintage view of fort canning. If possible, do go for the wine pairing, as every wine and sake served is ensured to pair splendidly well with their respective course.

Situated at fort canning with a very nice atmosphere. Mainly saw couples who were doing food tasting for their wedding. Food was good but not exceptional.

Entering through the red gates and up the stairs to the lovely property where the restaurant is housed was like exploring a secret sanctuary within the city. It was cold in the dining room initially but the temperature got better once the room filled up with customers. The dishes with hints of French and Japanese fusion notes was as delicious as it was presented on the set lunch menu board. Service staff were readily available when we needed assistance, but never an intrusion or a distraction to our conversation.

Wonderful foods & services, outside tables with green view are great experience. Lunch set is quite reasonable and would like to try dinner as well.

I had some problems locating the restaurant. The restaurant has a nice atmosphere. The food and the service was good. I will go back again.

Great food, great service! We had 2 course set lunch with add on cofffee and cakes. The entrees were very well executed especially the califlower soup with Chuwamushi.

Nice heritage house environment. Good food, served innovatively and with surprising subtle combinations of flavours and textures. Portion sizes small. Staff was attentive and good variety of wines and sake.

Great ambience with pretty decent set meal. The service is excellent! Fine dining style. A bit pricey but defintely worth the $ if you are looking at a place for fine dining.

It was our first visit and we were pleasantly greeted by the staff when we finally reached the restaurant. The ambience and food was great, but overall, it was the service of the staffs that truely made our dining a memorable experience.

This is a nice cafe with the beautiful house. Clear and bright interior, with very good service. Foods are quite delicious. Quiet place where is easy to talk with friend.

very impressed by the service. Staff was very attentive and cleared our dishes at appropriate times and even offered warm honey lemon on the house because of my cold! Pleasantly surprised by the fact that they were even willing to void the cocktail I ordered before because it was clearly unsuitable for my cold. Apart from the service, food was great too. Wasn't too heavy or too light, with interesting combinations and flavours. Would definitely recommend!

Excellent excellent excellent. Im speechless. The service we received was sublime and i could easy admit it is the best in class i have experience from any restuarant in Singapore. I can also vouch the price you pay is on the high side but you will not be sorry about the quality you get! The only downside for me was that i am not a sashmi fan so there were some dishes that were not to my liking. So choose wisely and get their recommendation. This way you can truly enjoy the meal ahead hands down.

Food was great, staffs are professional and friendly, whole dining experience was perfect! Had my dinner at 6:30pm, we are the only one in the restaurant, I'd suggest to dine at 6:30pm which you can have better time to enjoy the food.

Great value set lunch . Restaurant is Set in the green lung of spore at fort canning . beautifully plated good food , warm and attentive service. Perfect location for a lunch meeting or a get together with friends.

Beautifully located in black and white bungalow set in lush greenery close to town. Lunch is delicious with choice of 3, 4 and more courses . Loved the adamai fish , grilled with risotto base and infused with umami broth - fusion of Japanese and Mediterranean cuisine .

The menu changes regularly and we went on the first day of a new menu. The serve staff were still very knowledgeable in describing the dishes, no need to check with chef. Food was excellent, ambience was excellent. Overall fantastic.

Great ambience, food and service. Defintely a must go for special romantic occasion. The service staff was friendly though one explanation of the food was not too clear but the head chef was kind to met you at your table.

The food and wine were fantastic as usual if a little expensive. However, service was a little slow and our espressos (which were bitter) came out well before our desserts.
