Signature plats principaux, the main event at the one and only authentic French brasserie in Singapore’s Suntec City include grilled lamb cutlets and duck leg confit, steak tartare and mariniere mussels, and, of course, L'Entrecôte’s success story, their trimmed entrecote steak with their legendary sauce, golden French fries (we’d have our pommes no other way) and walnut green salad. There’s also an Australian Blackmore Wagyu steak on offer if you like your beef plenty marbled.
