Le Xiao Chu 楽小厨 in the Balestier district, is fast becoming one of Singapore’s favourite Chinese restaurants. And, with its fantastic service, exquisite food and the fact that they’re open daily until late, it’s easy to see why. Locals can’t get enough of the chye poh tofu, Sichuan potatoes, mala yabbies and, of course, the extremely popular and absolute must try, claypot seafood porridge. Located on Balestier Road across the street from the Balestier Hill Shopping Centre and only a few minutes walk from the Toa Payoh MRT station, there is no reason not to book a table and see why everyone is falling in love with Le Xiao Chu 楽小厨.

First time here and thoroughly enjoyed the food and service experience. Double thumbs up!
We had the bee hoon and it was very tasty, as was the other dishes we ordered. Service was good but the wait is long as it got very busy. Good hearty meal with the family at reasonable price.
