very good value lunch deal with good quality food and nice service.
We ordered lobster rissito and Duck comfit. Both dishes are too salty for our liking. The lighting in the restaurant is also too dim. We cannot read the menu without using the light from our mobile.
Had a fantastic time on a Thursday evening with minimal crowd. Great service from Yuga (apologies if I butchered your name but please correct me!) will be back!
The food is quite good but the portion is very small for the pricing
Great dinner, especially the foie gras is very well cooked...
The lobster risotto was really tasty and this place is really the quintessential French restaurant in Singapore. 10/10 for sure
The staff were lovely and the food was delicious! Yay!
Food was good but rather pricey. Quite noisy as there was a big table of diners.
Food was so so, we had the duck and toothfish. Starters were not bad, scallops and foei gras.
Food was good, service was good. A bit pricey but overall great.
I have visited this restaurant a few times and so far they are good Food is good Staff are great too.
I love this restaurant The food is very good. Nice place too
Great ambience, great food and perfect service! Good location as well. Please try the lobster risotto it's divine
Good standard of food and service as always! Kudos to the team
Delicious food and friendly service. Thank you. Highly recommended and will return again!
Excellent service from a wonderful team led by Chris. The ambience is lovely as well. Love the French touches like the framed posters and sculptured walls. Ordered the set dinner with grilled scallops, duck confit and crème brûlée plus french onion soup, lobster ravioli and one scoop of vanilla ice cream to share with my wife. Paired the food with champagne and Chablis by the glass. Total bill was under $260. The food was delicious, especially the french onion soup, duck confit and lobster ravioli. Will definitely return! Trivia: This is the oldest French restaurant in Singapore.
Excellent welcome as usual. Service was warm and familiar. Food was great with extra touch in proposing something different from menu. Great lamb shoulder well cooked until succulent.
Food was awesome and service was great. Will definitely come back again
The foie gras & chateaubriand was great. The risotto was extremely salty, we had to have it sent back, the next serve was still on the salty end but we ate it anyway. Service was good, food was served at a nice pace.
Good value lunch set, will definitely go again, can be noisy at times
The set meals were delicious - the oysters we presented uniquely and the wagyu was buttery and smooth. We loved the chocolate cake dessert, and they gave us another dessert to celebrate our friend's birthday. Extensive wine list - we had a French red which didn't break the bank and finished off with aperols and gin tonics. Service was impeccable - fast and attentive, and full of recommendations.
Good authentic French food with good ambience. Value set lunches
always a great dining experience. been dining here regularly. Great!
always enjoyable with its ambience and service. Great service by Crystel too.
Authentic and good quality French cuisine at reasonable value, with excellent wine choices to pair with the food
Cozy environment with quality food and service, would recommend trying
First time trying the set lunch. Food was delicious! Will come back again!
Food was fantastic. We had the foie gras, escargots, tooth fish, SM chocolates tart, crepes suzette. Bread was warm and nice and the butter was of good quality.
Authentic French food in nice settings. Good value set lunch
The wines here are surprisingly inexpensive - we had a bottle of Riesling at a very reasonable price. The oysters and escargot are really good - no wonder they are recommended - the oysters are fat and juicy with a very meaty middle, and the escargot are cooked typical French style with garlic butter with individual bite-sized pieces of bread to soak up the flavour. We had the fliet mignon and ribeye and another stew - the portions are big, well plated and and delicious! Chris, the owner is a really friendly and knowledgeable guy - it was great to chat with him too.
Good environment and nice food!great place to hangout for friends and couples!
The food here is fantastic and honestly the set meal is real value for money. One of my favourite French restaurants in Singapre.
Affordable, quaint, cozy ambience and great desserts. Homely, great service and authentic.
The food is good and can use with kris plus benefits
Great dining experience. The foie gras and crepes suzette are very tasty.
Good service and the food quality was generally good too
Amazing authentic french food, and exceptional service. We feel like home dining there!
Best french restaurant in singapore 🤩 returning customer as always
Love the set dinner menu n service from the heart of Sri 😀
First time here n like the French Cosy environment, love the food was authentic
love the food, service and the lovely staffs - Yang and team. will definitely revisit soon
It has been quite a while since our last visit to L'Angelus. As always, the staffs were very friendly and cheerful and the food was great in terms of taste, flavour and presentation. My younger daughter ordered a creme brulee for her birthday celebration, so we requested for a candle on the creme brulee. Surprisingly, the staff gave us a lovely plate of complementary madeleine with 3 candles on them. We were truly touched as it was a very busy evening, the restaurant was full and all the staffs were very busy. We will definitely be back.
Good food with great service. Love the ambiance as well
Always love this place for food and ambience. Altho their service deteriorated and is quite badly managed by non locals. Sadly..
Enjoyed the onion aouod although I found the steak tartar a tad salty. Service was patchy although pleasant.
Great overall experience good ambiance love it would visit again
Good dinner with family. Cozy small place, attentive service. Price slightly on the high side.
nice French restaurant. not very plush in terms of setting, but good enough for a quick business lunch, though a little noisy. pricing is also reasonable, especially for lunch sets.
Booked a reservation and was seated outdoor which was fine, lovely night and the ambience was very pretty. I had Risotto and my boyfriend had the 3 course meal (foie gras, beef tartar and au chocolat) and portion is a little small for the risotto luckily I wasn't too hungry already. Apart from the Risotto, it's a really authentic French restaurant, my boyfriend said it was the best thing he's eaten in awhile. Risotto was okay only but I feel like it's a preference thing. Dessert was also very okay to me. Service was very good though very attentive. Paid slightly over 170 for dinner plus 2 glasses of wine.
Enjoyed nice food, wine and service. Always satisfied, will go again
