The Landing Point

It was a busy evening but the staff were still concerned with making sure guests felt taken care of. There was a Chinese staff behind the bar counter near where I was sitting, I didn't manage to see his nametag but he's constantly hastening his steps to bring drinks to the guests and forever wearing a smile even when going about his chores behind the counter. It's really a joy to see such passion and dedication to one's work..

Good service with free flow sweets and savory food! The staff were especially attentive and the view is amazing as well. Will strongly recommend to spent your celebration there

Service and ambience is excellent but food wise is ok only. Many Tea and coffee selections and refillable. Great place for catching up with friends but 2 hours past real quick ;)

Staff were very attentive and level of service is very good. Tea selection is good too. Food wise, the desserts are good especially the lemon tart. But perhaps a little room for improvement on the savoury selection

I was there on sunday for hi-tea with my family. We all really enjoyed the food n tea there. The staffs were very friendly and their services were good too!!!

A really beautiful setting for a special high/afternoon tea. Quite good value and excellent views of Marina Bay Sands. Staff were very attentive and efficient.

Ambience and service were both excellent. Service staff refilled the tiers promptly and were very attentive. Food can be improved though, however the lobster biscuit was really good.

Nice ambience. But quality of the dessert seems to drop slightly. On the other hand, the lobster was still as awesome😀 the tea selection was the same, great as always

The landing point was brilliant.rhe staff were very friendly , helpful and hospitable . Without being invasive My expectations were exceeded. I highly recommend a visit to the Fullerton Bay Hotel / Landing Point. :))

Really a great place for evening high tea with my wife. Atmosphere is great, service is superb and the food is best-est ! Must come !

It was a pleasant experience where the service was excellent. the staff were warm and welcoming and attentive to my needs. i highly recommend this.

It's good but nothing to get excited about it. The most disappointed thing is that we're seated by the window side though, the chairs were not comfortable at all.

good spread of delectable high tea pastries and drinks. nice ambience with a grand piano. Highly recommended. Would definately visit again in the near future.

Fantastic service, great savoury and sweet treats, and everything was replenishable (there was even a buffet with pasta!!). It was a great experience and would definitely go back again 💕💕 they gave my father a gift in celebration of Father's Day, which was really sweet and thoughtful of them 😊😊

Great service and nice view of the promenade. Food was decent but not great. Come here only if you need a place to relax and unwind with a view. If you're looking for quality of food, can try others

Great spread.. service can be improved.. drinks took a bit too long to be served.. also, had a egg truffle sandwich that has egg shells in it... this is not really what a 5 star hotel's food should be..

Nice place with fantastic view on MBS and the Singapore flyer. Food is pretty nice with refillable items and free flow of tea & coffee. Good service. The waitresses are friendly

beautiful scenery, lovely ambience, delicious food, service was good. celebrated birthday there and they threw in a delicious complimentary chocolate mousse cake, backed by a melodious birthday tune on the piano.

The high tea was lovely as ever. The addition to the menu was a good surprise (mini burgers, pasta, fish fillet). My top favorites were the scones (of course, the main reason we decided on the landing point), truffle egg mayo sandwich and canele. My friends and I had a wonderful time.

The restaurant is able to have a clear view of MBS. Food is nice and have wide range of tea to chose. After which you will still able to swap with coffee. Staff is polite and provide good services.

The ambience definitely wins hands down compared to many other hotels. We loved the array of selections offered as well as the great tea selection.

Excellent view and ambience. Food is served only as ordered basis beyond the first tray so it can be slow / frustrating to get for the items you ordered.

Very nice place and handicap friendly. There is indoor and outdoor seats but the indoor ones are more comfy than practical when eating a proper meal. Service is very good too. Food is so so for the price

Great ambience, attentive service, variety of refillable yummy treats and warm scones (!!!) - perfect for a girls day out! A little pity that we were not seated by the windows with the view of MBS but still great :) Super big thumbs up for the service - always with a smile, prompt, and accomodating to our requests (the girls wanted a particular angle for a photo, and we've got it :)

The food and ambience is good but the waiting time for the drinks takes too long. Requested for tea and have to wait for a least 15 to 30mins which make my guests and I puzzled as it is just tea bags with hot water...

Food is nice for the high tea period but service will be abit slow but still enjoyed myself & will return again. Also if they can change abit of the variety will be nice. More savory then sweet. 😁
