Celebrated a chum's birthday there and have requested for a table with a good view in advance. Unfortunately it was not assigned to us and they seem to have trouble finding my reservations via Quandoo. Afternoon was okay, a pity but the ambience and service staff were super attentive and friendly.

The customer service was superb from Maria and Emma! The views and food taste great,however the price was on the steep side as there was a price change due to covid

Lovely indoors and outdoors dining. Food and drinks were good. Very relaxing and good view of the Marina.

Landing Point is at Fullerton Bay hotel. You cant miss the strategic location. Drinks are prepared by qualified barterders and are amazing!

this is my 2nd visit and the experience is as nice as the first time. Staff is very attentive to our needs and always around to offer help.

my wife and I had a very nice high tea moment at The Landing Point at FBH. Service was explicit, tea and food tasted great and the atmosphere in this hotel lobby is the best!

Service is slow . Order taken but nothing came, had to reorder and remind them to serve. Clearly a lack of staff/waitress at the landing point.

The food was good and we enjoyed it and the TOP ups were done. Certain staff were very good and attentive. Like Prakash. However at the end when we asked for warm water we had to wait 20 mins and we asked thrice. I mean it’s just water. It took a while and I felt let down by the service. But Prakash brought water in take away cups for us. And that was nice.

The place has a very pleasant ambience with good view and nice drinks.

The atmosphere is perfect with nice view and friendly staffs, the restaurant looks great and the location is superb. The food is beautifully presented and taste good. Lots of guest, noise somehow will be there as people come for quality gathering time and chats.

The atmosphere of the hotel is good. Service is extremely slow! Waited up to an hr for the replenishment of food, and 30 mins for replenishment of tea. Plates were stacking up on the side, but each time staff comes to the table, non of them cleared. And eventually, need to remind them to clear it off

Went for the high tea set and loved it. Good to use with credit cards too for 15% discount! Free flow but need to catch the waitress. High recommend the lobster tartlet thing! 👍🏼

Great view, food served too soon - only 1 friend arrived out of 4 of us, but the high tea sets were all served way before the remaining 3 of us arrived. Food is not bad.

Hmm definitely not worth 55 bucks for high tea. When asked the manager for my coffee ordered awhile back, he replied by saying definitely he was not the one taking my order. I think in such a high rated hotel service should be a bit more hmm professional? We were shown to sit on a walkway towards the hotel rooms I think if you do not have the capacity to place the seats in the appropriate ‘restaurant’ designated area, cut the extra seatings and take lesser guests or don’t take any at all? The wait for service was horrendous too. Over 2 hours 3 of us had to remind thrice for our tea and coffee. Hire more staffs Come on especially we had reserved our table. Variety of food come on we can find lesser for better quality and variety. Not really going back anytime soon. Also perhaps the rest of the restaurants joints in Fullerton Bay hotel too.
