Nice experience, will go there again. Good place to relax for weekend
Conveniently located. One of my regular place. Service needs a lot of improvement. Always struggling to get the attention of the staff
Went for the high tea set and loved it. Good to use with credit cards too for 15% discount! Free flow but need to catch the waitress. High recommend the lobster tartlet thing! 👍🏼
visited this place and was pleasantly surprised by its quality of food and service
Love the view! Pleasantly surprised that the pastries could be refilled and side snacks were free flow too :)
Has a really great time there.. service was good.. wonderful
Has a great time here catching up with my ex schoolmate
Had a great time here meeting up with an old friend over nice drinks
Had a great time. Great ambience for ladies chat. Excellent coffee and tea! Will go back again.
Great view, food served too soon - only 1 friend arrived out of 4 of us, but the high tea sets were all served way before the remaining 3 of us arrived. Food is not bad.
Great place for gathering with friends and nice ambiance. Will return soon
Friendly and helpful staff. Nice ambience to catch up with my bff from Tokyo. The tea and the spread were excellent!
i like the decor of the place so relaxing and soothing, good service too
Good place for drinks in a noce ambiance and good service to go
Hmm definitely not worth 55 bucks for high tea. When asked the manager for my coffee ordered awhile back, he replied by saying definitely he was not the one taking my order. I think in such a high rated hotel service should be a bit more hmm professional? We were shown to sit on a walkway towards the hotel rooms I think if you do not have the capacity to place the seats in the appropriate ‘restaurant’ designated area, cut the extra seatings and take lesser guests or don’t take any at all? The wait for service was horrendous too. Over 2 hours 3 of us had to remind thrice for our tea and coffee. Hire more staffs Come on especially we had reserved our table. Variety of food come on we can find lesser for better quality and variety. Not really going back anytime soon. Also perhaps the rest of the restaurants joints in Fullerton Bay hotel too.
Crews were prompt and excellent customer service which achieve customer satisfaction.
Nice food and ambiance to eat and chat yeah yeah yeah
It was a Really nice experience . Worth it .
The attendant managed to give me a seat after a short wait. I booked through Quandoo with 2 adults. The bill was charged with 3 adults ( because I had a toddler with me who was sleeping) but managed to confirm with the attendant who registered us earlier and eventually got a 2 adults payment instead of 3. I'm not sure if the other attendant had canceled the 3 adults transaction but I'll have to wait for 2 days to confirm the canceled transactions. Overall, a good experience but would appreciate it waiter can double check the number of diners beforehand.
It was my first time having afternoon tea at The Landing Point. My friend and I dined here because it is one of the few places around that has a vegan menu. We were worried that we might not be served scornes and were most pleasantly surprised when we were served scones and a vegan alternative of clotted cream and jam. All of the food was delightful and they even offered us seconds! It was indeed a lovely afternoon out that I will not easily forget. Thank you for making my belated birthday celebration a wonderful one.
Awesome experience and definitely will be back again! Great hightea session with good view.
great food lovely service and atmosphere is atas and clam
Refillable afternoon sets and amazing view of the city from where i was sitting. Excellent customer service too. Love my experience at The Landing Point. Will definitely visit again!
My favourite high tea place! Nice food and ambience. Highly recommended!
He a drink with a client. It was very crowded at 4pm in the afternoon and rather noisy unfortunately. Prices are high. $12 for an Americano and $24 for a mojito is pretty steep.
Would have preferred if we can freely take the food we like. Food was overpriced, but the ambience was really good.
Today was pretty crowded which speaks for the slow service. The service staffs were smiley and friendly, but unable to be attentive cos too busy. The variety of food seems to be a bit more last time. They had set up some buffet stations which is good. As they were slow in service thus those who were hungry could help themselves first. The ambience is good.
Great service! Food is good. But the fruit jam was disappointing
Great food great service view was good too. Would come back
Very Slow and very average service. Not impressed. Food was not bad.
Absolutely fantastic! Loved it! Great place to visit and got a 50% discount on scb card
Great food, great service, great view! Best high tea in Singapore!
Enjoyable experience, especially with the complimentary birthday cake arranged by the restaurant. We were really touched. Thank you!
Incredibly awesome 👏🏻, great pastries with stunning MBS view☺️. Superb!!
overall is good. But the carpark is not very close to the hotel. If rains, people might get wet.
The layout of the tables are just so awkward as it is along the walkway of the hotel with lots of disturbance for the diners.
Dining experience beyond words! Great ambience, great people, great food!
Slow in service as they are short of manpower. Food is average as some of the sandwiches are dry and scones are not warm. Nothing to wow about.
Excellent taste & portions... very nice cocktails too... good music by pianist
It was a sunny evening and I really enjoyed my time there
