the food was ok... kinda different for the old place bcos there's not much choices in the new place... the place was gd & i like the river view.

Just visiting your new place at Central but we miss the taste and variety of menu as our first love from old location at Park Mall. And also the Mongolian 'Aura'. Pls bring it back

An interesting variety of food that caters to all palate and nationalities. The highlight is the Mongolian BBQ. The restaurant is very spacious and service is excellent. A nice change from the normal buffet restaurants.

We were quite unlucky that there was a big group of tourist that were there before us, and most of the dishes were finished. Top was done only once and it was only 8.30pm.

Amazing attentive staff! It was a little too crowded with tourists that kept jumping the queue. Overall such an amazing experience! Great views! Staff even during bill payment was friendly and asked us to come back soon!

Mediocre food except for the live section. However, the live stirred-fry meat section more than make up for it. You can add lots of veggies and meat. Seasoning is just right, no matter how I added them. Sesame oil, soy sauce, garlic and ginger sauce.

I had a wonderful experience there at Kublai Khan restaurant. The place is spacious. The ambience is great. It also have a great view of the Singapore River. The foods are mostly good. Though the lasagne recipe needs to be improved as it's too salty and mushy. Not much desserts and they do not top up the dessert as promptly as it was probably left over from during lunch time. The restaurant manager Yvone is especially good and pleasant as she provided the wifi password and service to us. Would go there again but hopefully they will improve on the above mentioned items.

It was my boyfriend's birthday and our first time there. The restaurant is huge and it looks like it's newly renovated. We were seated near the window facing the river. Not many people were there probably because it was a weekday. But it was great because it was not rowdy, crowded or noisy. The food was great. Quite a variety and value for money. And the staffs are friendly too. One of them helped me with surprising my boyfriend with a birthday song and birthday ice cream with a candle on it. Just one thing, the chilli crab was a little too salty. I love salty stuffs but that was too much. Other than that, everything is good.

It was a good ambience and have a good food like chili crabs and especially the mongolian BBQ, it was nice. Only that some of the food are overcooked.

Overall food and service was satisfied. Can add on more variety of food and keep the hygiene standard will attract more customer and good name.

Good food and service. Just that if you clash with the tourists during meal times then it'll be very noisy and packed. The other thing is that they are going to move when we were there so everything is so worn off, so it's slightly turn-off and variety is so-so.

Restaurant did not have my reservation and the food variety was not much. Although pricing wise is good and staff were friendly and good. They could have more variety of food

At about $30 for weekday dinner, the variety provided is value for money. What was memorable are the BBQ meats, Liu Sha Baos and the breadflaked covered mushroom soup. Sushi and sashimi is decent. The seafood is disappointing - on the dry side and the chili crabs I found not so fresh. Friendly servers.

Lack of variety, ambience and service. Not someplace I would recommend for the price. I could settle for some other choices with the same price.

The restaurant was located in a good location and was easy to find. The view from the restaurant was nice. Overall the food was decent.

Foods very limited and not worthy of $20... Food can be bought at Hawkers. And no decent desserts. Staff service so-so... this will be my very last time there.

Staff is very friendly. Service was great. Love with the cili crab. Prawn cereal have to be serve in hot and fresh prawns to be serve.

Love the location with a view. The Mongolian BBQ was also a good unique taste and service was excellent. Not crowded. Will definitely recommend for those who want a new experience.

Very limited choices of foods served. Despite it was a peak dinner time, they took a long time to refill the food.. Hot chocolate drink was good tho..

Relatively affordable. The BBQ is great and done for you. Missed this much from back in Park Mall where it was located previously. Had many bowls of meat. Add as much veggies or none as you like. Other food like sushi, laksa, satay are normal. Like the fact drinks are included. Bright and airy place. Slight smell of food from the BBQ only. Still bearable.

Great space and ambience. Payment wise was made very easy as we can be seated first while waiting for the rest paxs to arrive. Then they came over to finalise payment. However was disappointed that they closed rather early. Was informed over the phone that last order was 9.30 pm. Instead by 9.15 ... they had started clearing the food. Still, this will not be the last time. We will have our buffet there again.

The buffet spread was unappetizing and was always out of food. There wasn't much variety. The only interesting dish there was the teppanyaki like stir fry in the open concept kitchen, which tasted pretty good with the addition of the marinades. The salmon we ordered to the table tasted stale. The restaurant had a good view and we just wish there was more thought and pride put into the food.

Location and ambience was good with nice interior decoration. Food wise just average and not much of the variety you can choose. Hope they can increase more of the choices of food.

Should have more desserts and fruits. But overall the food was great, especialy the chili crabs and ginseng chicken. Will definitely dine there again. Thanks Kublai Khan

Went for dinner on Sunday. Spacious. Tables are cleared promptly. The place is clean (floor,table,window and buffet area). Nice city view from the big large window screen.

Not bad at all... food was good and the waiter there was polite and fast...will go again... value for money..maybe the only improvements will be the beverage types to be more tats all

Nice place... Better than the previous one. Wide and spacious... Food normal clean and recommended. Brought my family there and the staff very friendly .. Thumbs up!

The people here are super duper polite, nice, engaging. They are really intent on providing some of the best restaurant services anyone can ever ask for. The food is great, selection may not be that wide but the Mongolia BBQ though, incredible, cooked to perfection. My favourite has got to be that bread bowl-mushroom soup dish, it may not be Mongolian but it was well-done. By that I mean its presentation, the fact that people came back for more.. It's been a great time well-spent there with the fam!

Nice ambience but the variety of food is quite limited. I was there at 8pm and the place wasn't full but it took them quite a while to replenish the food.

Nice ambience, excellent food. Staffs are friendly and very helpful. There is wide variety of food as well, and one will definitely be spoilt for choice.

Not a lot of food vairety, food was taken up fast especially the crabs, satay and there was no refill of soba noodles and there wasn't at all and vegetables were too dry, perhaps it has been cut or prepare too early because the carrots were mostly black

Staff helpfully,friendly and nice place.Will come back again. But they is no celeberation for birthday cake. Also have muslim praying room.That Good.Price reasonable.Cheers All your staff

Not so much choice on food, I would prefer to have more seafood,eg fish.... Saba is not fresh and not much salad as well.. but overall is quite nice

Clean and quiet ambience. A good variety of halal food. Worth the money! Location is centralised very convenient. Thumbs up to good food and price.

Spread is not worth the price. They will be moving out of Parkmall soon to Central. Hope that their quality and spread will improve.

My family & I were disappointed with the following:- - buffet spread: no Mongolian dishes! - the hot beverages were kept by 9.15pm and we had to request to get it! - by 9.30pm, staff started to clear some dishes away! Nevertheless, we like the ambience & the dishes were nice!

When back here after few years thinking it would be a better place. But indeed it's not. There's not a lot of variety for the food but it's worth paying for the price. By right since it's a restaurant, the environment should be more lively. The food taste not bad. It's just that the food is all cold. And the desserts which is supposed to be cold but it's not. Overall I guess they should maximise their buffet variety & the food should be heated up all along.

The salmon sushi is not so fresh and the place needs some interior renovation because it gives you the vibes of being in a very antique house.

Average ambience. The variety of food is not that much. I think places like Seoul garden has more food to choose from. And the place looks really old.

delicious food. awesome spread. only that cakes served were rather warm as fridge wasnt working properly (maybe cos place is closing down soon) but overall great service :)

i have been to kublai khan a few times with my family, therefore i recommended my friends to go there for our dinner. Unfortunately, it was very disappointing, we found a bottle cap in the mushroom soup. Overall, it was a bad experience for my friends.

Topping up of dishes could be improved for weekend crowd. The lasagna abit salty. Overall dishes are okay

Nice food and good buffet spread. Ambience was great, too. Staff very efficient in clearing the used plates. But the chefs who prepared the requested food such as salmon, mutton, beef were slow to deliver them until most of the patrons had left the restaurant.

Staff was very warm and friendly! The food however could have been better. For a Sunday evening buffet the food was just ok, it didn't feel like restaurant food but just homemade ... something was missing. If you are driving , take note that their car park jumps from street level to the 5th floor. If you're not comfortable driving in a non stop spiral for 5 floors, park elsewhere or don't drive

It's my second visit this time and will still revisit again! The staff are polite and the food are good. Had a good experience there!

Huge place. wide variety of food. staff is polite and very friendly. i love their chili crab and their salted egg pau, they always ensure that theres always enough food for every customers ❤️

The place is pack with people or more like tourists group. Too many people and limited food option to choose from. Do not really recommend to visit.
