I used to be happy with their service from previous visits but staff seemed mostly new that day. Gave us the bill even if we did not ask for it yet. We said we are still eating, bring it later. About ten mins later she comes back and asks if we want to get our bill. There were no people waiting to be seated and there were a couple of empty tables so I don't get why the rush.. our pasta was barely touched so we asked to be packed for takeaway but after waiting they came back and said sorry it was thrown away.
Worst service ever. Overpriced for what it is, even by Singapore standards.
Their food quality is very consistent and the service is very fast.
The dessert is so awesome and the air con is cooling. Place is clean.
Fantastic as always but price is always a little too steep
Their panna cotta is the best we have ever eaten. So soft and melt in your mouth.
The staff service is very fast and the food is decent and good.
The service is very fast and the food is very good. The place is clean and neat.
Visit was good, like their before 7pm promo on the $10 deals on small plates and some drinks.
food portion was decent. ambience is good for friends gathering as well as after work team gathering venue
Friendly service from staff Lynette. Child's chicken pop dinner was a bit burnt. Also needs more kid friendly sorbet flavours.
their service was fast and efficient during this visit. the food is good especially the dessert.
Good food, good ambience. Although the food is little too expensive but i would come back again
We love this place because of the panna cotta and the clean environment.
We really liked the board to share thank you for that
Service is bad to worse now. Every single basic things, e.g. spoon n fork, i have to asked the waitress to provide. The service was so passive. Serve the dish but no culteries. Serve the cake but no spoon/fork. Serve kids meals but no kids' culteries. Water never top up. Most importantly, we went to celebrate my father's 70th birthday and he ordered a aroud $60+ medium steak but came out unexpectedly bad and raw. Everything from service to food were so disappointing. We saw the pizza chef was eating on and off from the time we sat down till we left. It is not so appropriate at such a good restaurant.
the service is very fast and their food is very good. try their dessert
Excellent food and very good service. Highly recommend the restaurant
their panna cotta is so awesome and one of the best in Singapore.
The place was rather quiet during my Monday lunch, ordered the four cheese pizza and it was awesome. The prawn risotto was fresh! Cost was a little steep though.
Excellent food as always. Will be back. Thank you very much.
Fantastic as always, can't go wrong at Jamies, everything on the menu is awesome.
We would liked to have a little more time to finish our food rather than be rushed, we had not yet finished our starters when the mains arrived and which naturally went cold before we could start our mains. I guess next time will just have to tell the staff not t o rush us.Overall the food is excellent and would recommend it anytime .
We love their panna cota. Service time was shorter than the previous visit.
food was good, but every meal was expensive. The atmosphere was good, but it was crowded.
Waited so long like 20 min for panna cota! Service should improve.
Wait very long for the food. Must try their panna cotta.
Good service but Wait for the customer to finish the unlimited plank before serving two large mains onto the table. The seafood spaghetti dish was overcooked in my humble opinion.
+ Fast service booking the table on internet. The food, which was tasty and enough, came without unnecessary waiting after out order. - After that no one in the staff seemed to care. No one asked us if all was to our satisfaction. The empty plates were left on the table. No one offered us dessert.
Restaurant wasnt as crowded as expected, waiting time for food was quite okay. Food was good and quite worth the price. Generally good for a meal.
Service was very good. Server was very attentive and always served with a smile. Food however, was quite average. Still prefer the traditional Italian food. Didn't like the idea of tiramisu with orange
The food is decent. We find the tiramisu a bit over priced and small serving!
The dishes are a bit over priced compared to other Italian restaurant. Try their tiramisu!
Bad service from manager especially. We hd to ask for our plates.
It was such a great experience for a succulent meal to dine. The taste of each food served, is all worth the price. Looking forward to the next reservation.
Table assigned to us (party of 4) was too small. Food tasted average for the price we paid.
The service quality was so bad, they didn’t remove used plates before serve next dishes but had to ask for. Everything must ask for.
Food was excellent and delicious .. but service is very bad..
Thanks for your kindness and service. Very good atmosphere, again thanks
Pre birthday dinner for my 10 years old son. Is he 1st visit. He loved the food so much. Will be back soon.
Food was fine. A little noisy seated in front of the open kitchen area.
We ordered the children's pizza from the kiddie menu. The image showed a pizza on a board with the sides almost touching the edges, when it arrived it was tiny. I was approximately 15cm diameter whereas the board was at least 25cm. Our son is 5 years old, he finished it and we had to order him fries as he was still hungry. Conservatively a kiddies menu should go until at least 12 years old, there is no way a 12 year old would have been satisfied if a 5 year old wasn't. The service was extremely poor, we had to ask 3 times for tomato sauce (ketchup) and then they brought Jamies ketchup - horrid, tart and bitter, not resembling ketchup at all, more like a pizza base sauce. My wife's prawn pasta was bland and the pasta for my wife and my food was undercooked (hard for so called home made pasta). Extremely expensive for what it was. A waste of time, money and a totally unfulfilling experience. Never to return as there are better options out there.
Enjoyable meal at jamie’s again. Pizza, fried squid and meatballs were good. Pasta was a little over cook
Food was Creative. Atmosphere was bistro Lik e not a good place to talk. Service was efficient and friendly. Overall a good place to dine.
We enjoyed the food, service and amazing ambience. Will visit again!
Environment was cosy, food was delicious. The waiting time was short.
Nice surprise in Singapore. We find Jamie’s Italian vary a lot from place to place. This is one of the better ones. Recommended
V authentic Italian food crafted to Italian tastes n palette the v first pioneer celebrity Chef to grace daytime TV fans all over. Would be nice to have a location at Marina Bay Sands or Changi Airport just like his Gatwick airport branch.
Great Meal, my whole family enjoyed it, the place is very family friendly, just like Jack's Place and it is non halal. Will visit soon.
Excellent food as always and great atmosphere but bloody expensive! We only go for special occasions because it is so expensive. Family of five. X
