Indian SubContinent Restaurant has already gathered a young but enthusiastic following in Little India, people drawn to its authentic versions of exotic dishes from all across the Indian culinary canon. Not bound by any particular regional traditions, Indian SubContinent Restaurant have somehow managed to retain genuine, home-style tastes and superb quality even when taking influence from all over India. Race Course Road in Singapore’s Rochor district is certainly no stranger to Indian food – in fact it’s the city’s holy ground for Indian food – but Indian SubContinent Restaurant are managing to carve their own niche in this culinary hotspot, blending expert flavour control and spice balance with supremely crisp but friendly service.
