Located right along the shopping drag of Geylang Road, Hong Tai Yang Bing Pu is easy to get to from Marina Bay, Singapore’s National Stadium, Kallang and the revitalised East Coast Park area, so visitors passing through the city looking for some special Sichuanese food should have it marked on their map. Yet Hong Tai Yang Bing Pu offer a lot more delicious Chinese options than their sizzling southwestern specialties, including juicy grilled fish, perfect Ye Zi Mei buns, irresistible fried shredded pancakes and some Chinese delicacies from the extreme northeast and northwest (their Xinjiang braised chicken is a particular favourite).
