Sweet Egg Ella, and Baked Billy. This is the Hatched family of eggsperts, whose
coop can be found along Holland Avenue in Singapore’s trendy Holland Village.
Hatched is all about eggs for brunch. In fact it’s about eggs all the time (six minutes
into boiling water for the perfect soft-boiled, mind), and brunch all day long. That
said, when the sun begins to set (all yolk-like) and the hens settle down for a night
on their nests, Hatched crack open a more varied menu of delicious comfort foods to
make you feel all feathered and cosy. Rosti, classic Italian pasta dishes, and a good
steak sourced with care from that other farmyard animal.

Hatched has a Catalog of Eggs, bird-speak for menu, with each way you can
imagine to do an egg covered by one of its family of fun cartoon characters. Boiling
Betty introduces her menu with simple toast soldiers to dip headfirst into soft-boiled
eggs. Poached Pammy does a rather sacred-tasting eggs Benedict. Frying Fred has
a line in egg-lined burgers, with vegetarian options. Oliver Omelette offers custom
omelettes and a Spanish, salsa topped special. Scrambling Sam has a stack of
