We have booked a particular table for a birthday celebration and have called and spoken to a Ms Lu to reconfirm but the table was occupied when we arrived and she just acted as if she didn't receive any call. Luckily, it didn't take too long before the customers left, otherwise, it would have affected our mood for the dinner.

We are hot pot lovers and I would say the food and services here are quite good.

Paid for ultimate all you can eat and the lamb shank they serve is so hard. If that lamb shank is there specialities, I am totally disappointed. This is my one and only time dining there.

The food variety was good and the service staff were very friendly and helpful. One issue that I had were that there were options like the basic buffet is for certain types of meat. Then if I want to next category, I would need to pay more. In total, there were 3 tiers of buffet. Another issue is that because it’s my first time there, I did not know what was included in the buffet and where to get the various items. There was no explanation on what the buffet included and where I was supposed to take my food items. The staff were however, very helpful when handling my questions and also very accommodating when I requested for half portion of meat to try.

Spacious, value for money, only downside I saw a customer picked up his fork from the floor and put it on a common table.

Restaurant is well situated at a prime location in Orchard with great view. Place is clean and spacious. Unfortunately, the food is not worth the visiting.
