Good ambience, good variety of veggies. Most surprising were the broths were so good.

Overall, it is not nice experience.Avoid dinner buffet as I do not think it is value for money as other than hotpot items.I think they did not do a good job on the cooked food n desserts.

Menu on Quandoo not updated. Apparently lunch at 2pm is not 20.99 but the same as going for lunch at 12pm. Spicy soup wasn’t spicy, service was extremely slow and cooked food were tough. Drinks were overly sweet too.

We had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. Despite not having finished our food, we were rushed to leave, which made us feel very unwelcome. Dining out should be enjoyable and relaxed, not pressured. We hope the management considers improving how they handle guest service and timing.

Our first time here and we decided to go with ala carte dishes instead of the buffet as we weren’t big eaters. We ordered the mutton and beef plate, but had no idea that it was quite a big serving. Personally really liked the beef but felt that the mutton had a particular smell to it that wasn’t to my liking. However the lamb skewers were really good

Overall, it was a good experience. The food was definitely value for money – the ingredients were fresh, and there was a good variety. You really get your money’s worth here, which is always a win. However, the seating arrangement was a bit uncomfortable. The space felt quite squeezy, and I found it challenging to move around comfortably. To make matters worse, I had to walk a bit of an awkward route to get to the food station. This meant navigating through tight spaces, which wasn’t very convenient. All in all, if you're looking for hotpot at a reasonable price, Happy Lamp Hotpot is worth considering, but be prepared for a bit of a tight squeeze when it comes to seating and food collection.

Fresh meat all the way! And guests have the most comfortable and easiest experience for collecting other food items from the buffet. Allow us to enjoy the hotpot and meat all the better. Also the whole place is clean and enough staff who help to clean up areas
