Great dinning experience. The service was great. Had problem with some coupon and the staff helped to settle the issue quickly.

They were very patient when our J Passport app ran into issues, and at least two staff came to help despite it being peak dinner hour. Pork cutlet and roast beef with mentaiko fries were great.

Thank you Ginza Lion for hosting our birthday lunch very well on 24apr Wednesday. Food was excellent, so do the prompt services. Didn’t expect a very private setting for the 10 of us, very ideal for celebrations.

Never fails to meet expectations. Good food and tasty beers.

Lovely atmosphere, quiet and enjoyable with fresh Sapporo beer and yummy food

Made a reservation on Quandoo. Reached there and there's not much crowd, about 50% full. Stood at the entrance for a good 10 minutes, no one serves us. We even went in and stand right next to a sitting table. A bar tender even walked pass us without saying anything. So we decided to walk off and have Hoshino that's next to this lousy service Ginza Lion.

Value worth set menu. Friendly staff and nice quiet restaurant.

Food quality was superb, in fact , we thought it was much better than the buffet on weekends! Keep it up!

Service seems less attractive. Food is tasty as usual, though not exactly wallet friendly. Like it that they offer tonkatsu and western food :)

Multiple visits but this time, realise they change the happy hour pricing.... this was a little disappointing. And the nachos are smaller in serving as well. But overall it’s still a nice place for food with friends and family

A decent portion of food served during lunch. Soft shelled crab pasta is creamy and crab is fresh and yummy. Will order it again. Thumbs up!

I've been here numerous times. Love the jap katsu and roast beef. The sauce for the beef is a bit too salty but overall everything is good.

this is my 2nd visit but Im a little bit disappointed on the food served. I bought Fave vouchers for 6 pax for the 3 course set meals advertised. 3 of us have chosen roast beef & the other 3 chose grilled salmon (I dont understand why they did not include chicken as 1 of the choice but instead - there were 2 options for beef : roast beef & beef bolognese). The roast beef was tasteless without any natural fragrance. Even after we have added the sauce provided, the taste did not improve much. The grilled salmon was over-grilled according to my nephews feedback . The pork ribs that we ordered on site did not taste as good as what we have eaten during our previous visit..As for the appetizer - the prawn & mushroom were a bit salty and the bread that were served together were "too crispy " ! However, I must said that the taste of the Yuzu Sherbet was very nice & really refreshing! The house wine that we ordered (red & white) were both very smooth to drink too. Overall I think I will patronize this restaurant again if there is a good deal but I hope they will maintain the same food standard regardless of whether the food is ordered via other online apps & thru their ala carte menu, due to the price differences.

Went on a Friday night. Service staff were attentive, food was not bad and the waiting time was short. Beer promotion (ended yesterday) was a great deal.

Good selection of beer and food was tasty! We ordered the platter to share and there was sufficient food for 6. Excellent venue for gatherings with friends.

Ordered prawn and mushroom ajilo, asari and mussels in white wine sauce, grilled salmon, and signature roast angus beef. The food is great and will be back again!

To be honest, we went to Ginza Lion because it was lunchtime and the place was not crowded, we had the club sandwich and the tonkatsu sandwich with a nice mug of Sapporo beer. Bread was nice and crispy with soft insides, bacon was crispy as well, what the heck, it was a nice club sandwich. Believe you me, i have tasted soggy, horrible wilted vegetables all combined in a yucky mouthful. BUT that is NOT the case here, excellent sandwich and excellent beer on tap too!!! Next time the Sapporo BLACK!!

The food is wonderful . Service staff is very helpful in recommending the right food and potion for sharing. Will definitely come back again and recommend friends.

Excellent drinks and prompt service. Could do with a more extensive sushi menu. Pork chops and steaks are good, as are the Sapporo beer promos.

We ordered alacarte buffet. Food was fantastic and volume was just nice for our family to share. And inside the restaurant is spacious so good for family gathering.

Had the black angus beef salad. Large slices of meat decked out over the salad topped with cheese. Will definitely come back to Ginza Lion to try other set lunches!

I am very happy with the food, ambience and the service. I love the roast beef the most. Value for money and I will definitely visit this place again.

Nice place to chill for drinks and foods with friends or corporate functions, it's medium casual....the fried chicken is marvellous. Wine selection not bad as well. You can bring your own wine with $30 corkage.

The food is nice. However service was slow and server forgot our order and we waited for 30mins before finally realising it was forgotten. Service needs to be improved.

I used to go to Tonkichi for good tonkatsu, and I was sad to know no more Tonkichi. But I found out we still can have tonkatsu at Ginza Lion. Good service, reasonable price for drinks. I love this place.

Service is great! Food is good except for wagyu tataki and clams. Wagyu meat was too tough and chewy. Clams were over cooked. Nevertheless, we enjoyed the rest of the dishes ordered.

This place is not bad. The servers are alright. Food is not bad. Ordered a pint of mango beer and the beef dishes. Is not bad.

Overall the food and service is good. Might be a bit expensive for dinner but still quite worth it. There's both western and jap food to choose from.

The booking and comfirmation process were smooth, service staff were courteous and efficient, comfortable setting and most importantly, nice food! Kudos to the good job!
