Nice Japanese food. Service was so so though. Restaurant was nice and cosy.

The food is tasty. Waiting staff is friendly and helpful.

Food was good Not crowded for a Sat evening, just four or five tables filled Manpower was down that day and our order took almost an hour. The staff offered us complimentary desserts

It is our first time here on a Friday night and we were amazed by the ambience and excellent service at Fukusen@Killiney. The food we ordered were their signature sashimi and the unagi maki which was very fresh and tasty. The restaurant is on the second floor so do take note that you have to go up the stairs. Highly recommend!

Discovered @fukusenrestaurant while looking for places to eat along Killiney and was drawn by their affordable lunch sets starting from $16.80. Tried the following: 🐓 Chicken Shioyaki ($16.80) 🐮 Gyu Yakiniku ($16.80) 🐟 Salmon Mentaiyaki ($18.80) 🍤 Tempura Moriawase ($24.80) Each set comes with chawanmushi 🥚, 🥗, miso soup 🥣 , pickles and fruits 🍉 which makes it super value for money. Enjoyed the salmon mentaiyaki and tempura but the star of the show was definitely the 🌟sashimi 🌟!! The Omakase Sanden Mori ($29.80) is chef’s selection of 3 kinds of sashimi which included Otoro 🤩 and I added on Salmon Belly ($20.80) to go with. Super satisfied, super worth it. Bonus point for the calming Japanese deco interior which is a really nice break from the hustle of Killiney Road.

Simple and cozy japanese restaurant, price of the food is reasonable but food taste are good and they have quite an extensive food and drinks menu as well.

tried the garlic chicken (quite spicy), the grilled squid (attached chilli very spicy), tempura prawn and unagi with rice sets. my recommendation is the garlic chicken and tempura (prawn only as my friend said that the rest quite blunt). garlic chicken smells super good and taste good too, just that the spiciness is a little out of my tolerance...lol

The restaurant looks very new and foods are great. Prices are a bit high but it is worth paying.
