Came back to try other items on their menu. The braised trotters are good, but dough fritters can't beat those from the market. Soup is the usual peppery taste, a tad salty though.

Brought a friend here who is a local and has never heard of this place. My friend also liked it. Now I have more kaki who would eat here with me.
