Very crowded on a Sunday evening. Glad I made a reservation on Quandoo and did not have to queue when I arrived at the restaurant. The roast pork and char siew were amazing.
We had a wonderful time at Fook Kin! It was my family's first time there, we celebrated my Uncle's birthday. Food was highly raved by everyone in the family. Service staff was warm, personal and hospitable, despite their busy dinner timing. We will be back :-)
i love the charsiew and roast pork as they are very soft
Delectable roast meats to be had here, but it's their tang gui duck which really stood out. I'd recommend to include the latter if your party has 2 or more diners. Don't expect too much from their steamed or fragrant rice though, go for the noodles instead.
The best place for roasted pork (char siew) in town. Highly recommend to try the noodles as well.
Alot of meat given for their bowls but the meat was abit tough.. really liked the chilli and the place was nicely decorated.
Wonderful staff even thought they’re overstretched. Very Polite and cheerful
Nice place. It was crowded but the food arrived relatively fast
Like the char siew very much but really can’t eat too much as it’s burnt on the outer layer and too flavourful. hahaa nice food is always not healthy 😝
one of the best char siew around. on the sweet side (the way i like it)
Today the crowd is back and their famous roasted pork was sold out! Must visit!
They serve probably the best char siew in Singapore. It is so good and the service is friendly and fast.
Was very crowded on the day, but food is still good. Too bad no more roasted pork when we ordered
Food is good but had a couple of items was sold out . Their signature Char siew and roast pork was delicious rich caramelized char siew and crispy skin roast post .
Fuss free, no waiting time as I booked on Quandoo. Delicious food
Love the service here. Family also enjoyed the takeaway char siew!
Nice ambience quick service. Was told no more roast pork so had the roast duck with char siew. Succulent tasty meats that went well with the springy Mee pok. Char siew was a little too fatty. What blew me away were the small super-airy pillows of crispy lard - and I am not even a fan of lard!
Long waiting time even with reservations. The proportion of fat to meat ratio is too high, and the duck is a tad too dry even with the sauce.
I ate Char siew-siu yoke Noodles (mee kia) this time. It was much tastier than the Char siew-siu yoke Rice which I ate about a month ago.
The char siew was especially good. 2nd time here and the quality is still there. This is a good place if you want a cafe kind of vibe but still dig into the roast meats!
Awesome place to have dinner. Char Sew there is the best
Parking on kiliney road is tough but sometimes you’re lucky. At 6pm when I went there, there were a few road side parking Roast paradise noodles or rice $10.80+. They only charge 10% service charge. No GST. The noodles have a lot of lard and minced meat and it was springy. I really liked the noodles a lot. The rice was chicken rice rice! You fan! The char siew was good. But the duck, dian xiao er better. The roast pork not very crispy but the ramen egg damn shiok !
Staffs were very polite and efficient. Food tasted awesome! Worth the trip there !
Made reservations even reached early. Ordered already came back said roasted pork dun have, then came back say rice dun have. I cancelled and left. The manage or server just said ok lor
Good roast pork and char siew. Will be back again.
The food was pretty good, noodles, roast meat and charsiew stood out but not really the duck. Price is slightly steeper but the atmosphere made up for it. There's mosquitoes though which really ruined my dining experience as I was stung at least five times.
Second time here and I'm still looving the vibes. Noodles are super good, must order!
Very nice ambience for quality meats at an affordable price.
Great place to have nice char Siew. Pleasant environment too.
Excellent food. Surprised the rice bowl is a big portion. Char siew is tasty but a bit too fatty for me. Overall, am satisfied with the meal. Will be back to try other items on the menu.
As always, good dining experience however the char siew was particularly oily today.
The crispy squid was literally inedible due to it being over cooked. All you could taste was the dirty oil used, Ruined the meal. Over priced.
I visited here last week and it’s visibly less crowded as many ppl chose to stay at home so I got to sit at the main area. Food wise I understand due to the lower demand they may have frozen those meat a little longer so it lost some freshness but overall still not too bad.
The char siu was as good as ever, but could be less fatty. We tried the meat platter with buns. For the small platter, there was enough meat to fill at least 10 buns but the platter only came with 3 buns. Suggest that at least 6 buns be provided with the cost adjusted accordingly.
Went cos of gd reviews but my experience was disappointing. The table was too small for 5, is very squeezy not comfortable. During ordering staff not attentive, hv to wave many times to get their attention. The manager behavior is impatient when i need clarification abt the items. The food was overrated, some hawker centre serves better quality. Roast Duck- Was served cold, skin is soggy Roast Pork- Too fat but skin still crispy Char Siew- Too lean, a bit tough Kailan 2 ways- Fried stem normal, Deep fried leaves too sweet Stir fry Chap Chye- Cabbage leaves r black but still serve to customers Salted Egg Lotus Chips- Chips was cold but taste is ok Definitely not the same quality as other reviews
Totally love their roasted char siew. Definitely a must order here. Sadly when I was there, their sio bak went out of stock. They should always make sure they roast enough for the customers haha
Food was relatively good. Place was really quite crowded though
I liked the roasted pork and char siew very much. Will come again.
Tried the ala carte instead of the bowls this time, and thought the bowls were better!
Food was really affordable and delicious - great to share in a group!
