The so called Shanghai food is nothing remotely like authentic Shanghai food. They used Sichuan peppercorn in smoked fish!! And don't get me started on the Crab Roe Tofu...no crab roe but plenty of crab stick?!!
Not authentic Shanghai cuisine… I have tried four Shanghai classic courses, non are in authentic flavours. Maybe I should not have high expectations… taste ordinary and not value for money. Atmosphere is ok
Exxept for the smoke smell from vip. Place look cool and vintage
Taste good, environment cozy, high recommend if you would like to try out authentic Chinese cuisine.
