Good place. Price is good if u come before 8
The food was great especially the sashimi! However, there was only 1 chef on duty that night hence the food took a long time and they recommended us to order other food first.
It was great except that we couldn't get a indoor seating. We were told that there will be an event but there was none when we were there.
good experience. first time using Quandoo to make reservation. it was simple to use. The service at EN was a bit slow but still good. totally enjoyable experience.
walked out of EN Jap @ Mohammed Sultan. Worst service ever ever ever. Should have read reviews prior. 1. Entertainer app stated 1 for 1 10pc skewer, menu only had 8pc skewed and server said oh it just changed ok fine went ahead to order 2. Added a 1 for 1 sashimi 3kinds and asked if we can use entertainer for this too he said ok Sashimi served tasted super fishy but ate anyway since we were waiting for 30 minutes for skewers After 30 minutes, still no sight of those skewers so we decided to call waiter and he said ok. 10 minutes later brought a plate of grilled squid..... whatt. Said that's not our order, we said skewers?? Then he went to take the receipt and suddenly realized oh entertainer is only available for 1 voucher for 2 pax so skewer can't be served. (Bearing in mind, all this while our skewers wasn't even cooked) Gave up decided to cancel everything and leave. And here's the worst part where we got really annoyed. Went to cashier and complained about the issues and problems. All the guy said was 'ok. Thanks for your feedback.' 'Oh, he didn't tell you about the voucher? Ok' happily collect money. Hello, no effort in service recovery. You didn't even acknowledge the situation or bother to understand what happened. Zero problme handling skills. And before I forget, there was a cockroach on the wall I was next to but I closed my eyes and changed seats at the start of dinner- which I should have known better.
Restaurant was crowded, staff tried their best to manage the situation. Limited indoor seating. The staff made an error with our order and mixed our order up with the table next to us. Staff served us the wrong dish and did not apologize after rudely removing. Despite the mixed up, the Food was great though. Advice : it's better to dine at the restaurant when it's not crowded, or off peak timing
Should try their beef carpaccio and Imaiyu salad. A place which is not too crowded so it would be great to catch up. They may have stern looking staffs but they are all friendly. Overall experience was good.
Promotions listed on website tried 3 weeks ago and greatly enjoyed the drinks n food. Checked and confirmed on website on promotion so brought another friend this time round but disappointed to be told it's no longer valid on arrival due to change in management.
Food was decent and served promptly. However service was less than desirable except for a waitress. It would have been a more enjoyable dinner if the service was greeted with less stoic and impatient body language and expressions.
50% happy hour sushi and sashimi is enjoyable but place is so busy that the service is not great. Since price is cheaper than other japanese restaurants do not expect too much on the food
