There were a lot of empty tables but I couldn't get a table reservation on the morning the day I wanted to go for Sunday lunch. Good thing for Quandoo - they were the only website that somehow allowed a lunch booking. All the other websites would only take dinner reservations. For the restaurant itself - as always, very happy with the food. It was the last day of the Oktoberfest: the sausages were very good. So was the shabu shabu.

There's varieties of dishes like Indian, Chinese, western and all sorts of cold platter and seafood. I love the clam chowder soup, butter chicken and so many to name it. There's varieties of dessert too.

Staff are very friendly & the food is delicious. Love the ice cream & cakes very much. Suggest serving more varieties of sushi & grilled seafood.

Food was excellent, staffs the best around. Ample amount of choices for buffet. Children below 12 dine for 1/2 price. Don't forget your Citibank credit card for additional discounts! Love it. AAA rating! 👍🏻

Excellent selection of food. Special mention to the barbequed meats and Indian food which were a delight. Not very crowded oj. Friday night. Would definitely go back!

The food was average at best and the selection, limited. I noticed that most meat dishes, including the roast beef carving, were tough. There was no dish that stood out so the best part for me would be thr cheese selection. The service was commendable - friendly and attentive.

The service there was good, the staffs were knowledgeable. The ambiance is upscale casual. This is my 2nd time patronizing the restaurant and will continue to bring my clients and family to enjoy the foods.

This used to be my favourite buffet place. However, during our last visit, we were dismayed to find that the quality of the food no longer remains. There aren't that many selection at the BBQ grill and dessert sections anymore. The famous Belgian waffle has been replaced by crepes instead. Generally, we felt that the quality of the food no longer stands. As for service, staff are always in a hurry to remove the plates away from us even though we were not done with it. It is pretty rude to have plates being removed from you when your utensils are not down yet. Will definitely think twice about returning again since this is one of the most expensive buffets in Singapore.

The food was good, especially the salmon sashimi and the dessert. However, the price is too high. Go only when there is a huge discount.

Nice ambience, waiters and waitress are prompt with initiatives.... Food is nice and has a good variety of deserts... Sad to see no oysters.... I will go again...

The service by the restaurant was excellent. They were prompt in clearing the table before you return with your next plate of food. Atmosphere was good, probably it was a Tuesday and there were not many diners in the restaurant. Food selection is ok, with a good spread of differenr cuisine. I was there for dinner to celebrate my wife's birthday. They gave her a surprise birthday cake. Overall, it was a pleasant experience dining at MELT.

Salad variety was extensive. North Indian spread is authentic and very refreshing change from the usual international spread. The other side of the international buffet maintain its high standard as usual. I love the lobster laksa and took 2 serving at one go. Thumbs up!

Went on Wednesday for birthday celebration only to find no out door BBQ when reached quite sad as only has it on Thursday onward. Waitress and waiter service is good thumb up for them food wise not much Chinese cuisine. End up only eat salmon sashimi the most.

My favorite buffet place in Singapore. Good food and awesome service. Love the desserts here most. Will definitely those who haven't tried to give it a shot. No regrets even if the price comes at a premium

My first time there, not impressed at all cos limited food variety, taste of foods below average. Personally will not visit again and definitely not recommend to friends as well.

My favourite buffet in Singapore never fails to disappoint me. It's a bit on the pricey side but the spread is amazing! Go for more lobsters or beef cuts to make up for the price!

Service was ok but the price for a week day rate is not worth. The spread was normal plus hot beverages only normal coffee or tea.

A good variety of food, covering a wide range of cuisines. service could be improved. They could be more attentive and aware. The besides having turkey and ham, there could have been more Christmas themed dishes.

The available spread was impressive and quality was pretty ok. However, for the price, it was not worthy of the price, especially when comparwd to The Line in terms of price, spread selection and dining environment.

Good quality food but the menu is starting to get stale. Dessert menu was unimpressive. You cant fault the service but the limited variations are make this place not as attractive as before

Food was good. Service prompt and excellent. Seafood is very fresh and consistently refilled. They serve up a mini birthday cake for guest celebrating birthday which is very thoughtful. Overall enjoyed myself tonight.

Good service restaurant. Fast plate clearing. Suckling pig was not displayed openly though, resulting in diners not knowing it was available. You have to ask to get it.

Melt has always been good, furthermore with 15% off for POSB cards 😊 Good service, but lack of steak though this time round, crab wasn't as fresh this time round but the rest is good.

A great brunch. Especially with kids due to an area just for them to Colour etc. Great seafood, amazing cheese room and all the usual.

The only issue that my guests had was that they were rather disappointed that there was no butter chicken masala as they were expecting it......other than that the staff were great and the service was great....the food was good...though there is always room for improvement but given that it is a buffet....it is better than other places that i have been. Laksa was pretty good...according to my guests.....though they were expecting it to be a little spicier....told them thats why there was the samba on the side.......they got it..... Overall Melt has never disappointed as far as food and service......we will be back...
