We have managed to catch the Boston Lobster buffet which only valid from 8-24th Jan 2021. The variety of food is ok, I love the lobster laksa and the Gratinated creamy lobster , the rest so-so. Thank you!!!

Had high expectations as we read good reviews about the buffet. Turns out it was okay only. The Japanese section was very limited. Expected more desserts. The roast beef was tough. Roast chicken was dry. The Indian section was good - food tasted good. But things weren’t refilled - e.g. no more papadums.

The oyster dinner buffet was awesome! The Alaska crab, oyster and prawn are so fresh! The variety of food is good also. Only down side is the Alaska crab is quite limited. The seating is quite spacious too, not so close to the next table. Overall, It was a great dining experience.

I’m a regular customer there. Love their lobster. But I miss the bake cheese lobster which valentine day don’t have it

I would like to feedback on the waiter & waitress service. Ask for tea & the waitress took the coffee to me. She say will come back later with my tea & she just forget about it as I saw her walk around talking to customer & clearing the plates. So I approach her to remind her & she reply ok & later saw her continue doing her own things. Later another waitress who was standing beside her just now came with my tea finally. Next is the waiter wearing black jacket, clearing plates beside my table I request from him a container to put my cake. He also say ok & took my cake away & just place my cake on the shelf & instruct another waitress to do it as he talk to the waitress after he left the cake there. He also walk away to serve other customer. But the worst part is that waitress just simply ignore & do her own things. My cake was left so long on the shelf. I waited so long for my cake & was very angry & just settle my bill & left without my cake. Surprisingly billing no need wait very long. Please review the poor staff service as it is really unacceptable. This is not the way to treat the customer. Thanks.

Had a good variety of local cuisine and the dessert bar was awesome

1st time dine at Melt Cafe and the buffet spread was good but feel that the prawn was not fresh as i was sensitive with seafood. Hope they will look into it
