Food wasn’t really steaming hot even though there was candle heating below the metal pan. Food was okay.

Crowded place with large servings! Staff were nice and the food was good too!

Overall experience at DM chicken is excellent. Will definitely visit again!

the service crew were very attentive. food was ok, not exceptional. we didn’t get to choose the sauces. ordered one 100cm and one 75cm. surprised that one was mala and the other wasn’t even though we opted for the same spiciness level.

Staff were very attentive & welcoming upon our arrival. They explain to us their menu due to our first trip down & recommended us their specialty. Overall a good experience.

Great selection of food, and the bbq meat is decent. I like their side dishes as well, which is the braised chicken feet and fried mantou

The food is good and delicious. One of the better steamboat that I have been. The marinated meat are all yummy. The soup is good too. Will go back next time!

Services was so great, staffs were friendly and helpful, foods is quite good. I ordered a la cart steamboat and barbecue buffet, soup and drinks are not included in the buffet, but overall is good. Clean and good environment.

The workers were kind enough to give me a call when there weren’t enough tables for the 8 of us and advise on a possible closest time slot for us. We reached earlier than agreed time but they still made the effort to arrange tables for us. Food was good and thanks for the complementary birthday dessert and birthday song in the background

All of their staff is so friendly and always attend our service. Its a very great experience there. Seafood is so fresh and alot of variety choices tooo.

I didn't know there were games you could play so we were pleasantly surprised. Side dishes were very limited. Not many healthy options to choose from for those who want a balanced meal.

I felt the condiments were a bit different from what I'd normally expect, taste wise. The decor is interesting and the music isn't bad for Chinese. The 5D experience was a bit odd, definitely not the most comfy after stuffing ourselves.

Food and drinks were delicious. Staff was nice and friendly. 5D was fun but no VR game.

Amazing place! There’s something to do while waiting to be seated! Fun and light atmosphere :) definitely a nice place for family & friends gathering.

While i find the concept pretty refreshing, the food was only decent, nothing special to talk about.

Very cozy ! A wide variety of foods. My friends and i enjoyed the 5D ride very much. I will definitely recommend this place to my other friends as well.

went over late at night with my toddler. food is fresh, everyone is pleased. toddler very entertained by the staff. free 5D movie thrilled him too. everyone very pleased

The food was great, however there is not enough variety. Most of the games machines were spoilt.

Good food and friendly staff but sadly all the games are not available except the 5D game. Please help maintain the games as they are the attractions. Happy new year!

Food ok for that pricing, but service could be better. They forgot to serve us the drnk tower and it came later, only after we started eating for a while. Even when we ring the service bell 🛎 also no waiter came to attend to us.

It’s smoky. Soup not nice ; buffet price does not even include “water”. So it’s pretty not worth it. Pls improve on the air ventilation system

Some of the games were not working. Quality of food was medicore for the price that was paid. The saving grace was the good and prompt service provided by the staff.

The awesome was a total thumbs up. Waiting time was reasonable, food was served within 10mins. Environment was pretty good too, just that we didn’t had the opportunity to play the games due to time constraint.

Food is tasty and the restaurant is conveniently located. Good for family or large group gathering. However, VR games station are down except for one.

Food nice, VR games not suitable to play if u are a person who get giddy easily. My boys like the horse riding VR games v much. The staff was so kind that he even let my boys to play for longer time.

1st time here. With food and VR game, it is a totally different experience and it is worth a try. Service is good. Good experience

good but. portion isn't that big. worth to try once. spicy is really spicy so do not order medium spicy. just order low spicy version

The food and services there were good but the games activities were quite limited. Was quite disappointed by that fact that we only got a chance to try the 5D movie and it was just a 5mins ride.

Nice chill out place. It’s better to play the rides before the meal tho. The staffs were very helpful. They will check out on you as and when they passes by. It gives us a very comfortable meal!

The food apart from the fact its a tad too spicy for all of us, is actually pretty good. The games were limited. like only 2 games available, but you can have unlimited plays. worth going there to try especially when its value for money!

Food quality is fine but variety can be more. Service is good, waiting time could be shorten. The games are a good experience but not as many as I thought. Only one game each.

Good service and interesting idea to be able to play VR games after the meal. Staff were courteous, friendly and eager to know how they can improve.

Average. Welcomed by friendly staffs and clean environment. However, food wise i would say normal not very fasinating. Whereas for the drinks, not bad. Not much of side dishes to choose from though.

Shared a 75cm and 1.5L drink among 4 person and it came up to $20+ each. Will go back as the food is nice and there's alot to try and also because we didn't manage to play all the games as some were at a different corner of the shop that we were not aware of. Service and waiting time was acceptable as you can play the games while waiting for your food. Atmosphere was very warm and nice and we felt very welcomed. Games were very fun and interesting and hard to find outside. Recommend all to go once 😊

The staff were really friendly and attended to our needs quickly. The chicken was exceptionally good, will recommend that if you can eat spicy food, to choose the higher spicy levels.

Nice environment. Staffs are helpful but not attentive enough as the place is too big and only 3 staffs servicing the whole place. Food is ok but the heating can be improved and the dips portion should be increased as well as it is not enough for 4 pax for the 75cm. Play the games before food as the 5D show is very jerky. Not good for ppl with motion sickness.
