Dan's Steaks - Bar & Grill - Serangoon Gardens

The food portion quite small. The mushrooms soup was quite bland, too creamy. The prawn portion also a bit small too. Steaks was nice.

Our first visit and it was great! Service was warm & friendly. I was very happy with my lamb rump, which was so moist & tender & the best I’ve had thus far. My only gripe is that it did not come with mint jelly (which I love) but that’s no biggie. The sirloin and ribeye steaks were juicy & grilled to perfection, served with gravy. We also had brussel sprouts, mashed potato, spinach and tater tots to go with our mains. Salmon was delicious too, with the skin seared crispy. Overall, we had an enjoyable and lovely dinner and would be visiting again!

Service was good at the restaurant. However, before the dining, I had sent a few enquiries with regard to birthday celebrations and none of my emails/whatsapp messages etc were answered. In terms of food, We actually preferred the appetisers and the desserts. The steaks we ordered fell below expectations.. :(

We ordered for a ribeye steak and filet mignon. While the food quality was satisfactory, it could have been improved by including a salad and fries without requiring separate orders. Although the restaurant's closing time is 10 pm, with the last order at 9 pm, it would be preferable if the staff refrained from cleaning tables and floors near our dining area after 9pm while we were still enjoying our meal.

very worth it! very glad to see their service has improved tremendously and seen them grow. The ribeye is my absoluet fabvourite. The price point is affordable for this quality. The noise level is quite high considering that the restaurant was not 100% full. Sound control could be improved. Will confirm return.

It is always nice to dine at Dan's Steak. Aside from the sumptuous food and drinks, the ambience of the restaurant plus the service of the staffs always make our dining experience remarkable.

Value for money steaks and sides were also decent, particularly the Mac and cheese!

The starter of octopus were extremely good, but then the meal fell flat at the mains. The lamb cut was too fatty to the point of retching, while the beef was too tough

Food was very nice, the atmosphere was a bit drowsy, the steaks doneness were erroneously identified by the service staff so we had to switch them between ourselves after eating a bit and realising it was wrong. The pricing is okay and the wait for the steaks could have been a shorter. The low noise was very nice.

It was unfortunate I did not capture the names of all 3 service staff that attended to us but they were most friendly & welcoming, making us feel so welcomed. 1 of the ladies (perhaps her name was Belinda) actually remembered our last visit which was probably 6 months ago! Super impressed!

Service was fantastic and steak simply, amazing, good, and perfect.

There were 3 of us having steaks and I find that the sauces (red wine, thai chili, horse radish and another) served to us for sharing, in small round stainless steel containers was rather stingy. It’s good for one pax serving. Of course when we requested for more red wine sauce later, it was cheerfully replenished. There were 2 female staff that evening, were very attentive and courteous. Thank you.
