Staff were excellent but clearly over worked Food choice was poor but quality was good Would return for bar snacks only
The weather was so hot yet the restaurant refused to turn on the air conditioning and kept it al fresco. They claimed the air con system was down for maintenance yet it was never switched on for all the times we had been there previously. When it was raining or the weather was cool, it was still fine but when the weather was so hot, the heat was unbearable. We were sweating as if we were eating in a hawker center. The food was good and service was fine. But the entire experience was ruined by the lack of air conditioning and we just couldn’t wait to finish eating quickly and get out of there. If there were more seats within the mbs air conditioned mall inside, we would have sat there but the tables could only seat 2 and we had a party of 5. Overall an unpleasant experience.
have been to all Dallas Bar chain in Singapore, particularly Boat Quay and MBS. Its convenient to where i live and love the fantastic service particularly MBS with always their warm welcome , smile and attentiveness. Since you reopen after phase 2 , service in MBS is still consistent and fantastic especially during this challenging time , service of your team really make a different to someone experinced and life. Great job - keep it up!
Grest Service ! High Quality Drinks ! Inspiring Atmosphere on the Quay
Good location, nice staff , food selection not to big. But overall experience was good
Despite the current situation with COVID-19; the serving team were prompt and able to meet the expectation of our group. kudos and keep it up!
Great food and discounted beer! Great experience with friendly service staff. Cool place to chill
The food is ok.. but not much choice.. staff is very friendly...
Food and service were good. Price was reasonable. Would go back but not for Christmas lunch.
We ordered a pizza and two Cokes. The Cokes were $6 each and the pizza was $28. It was very functional and tasty for a quick dinner before seeing a show in the Sands Theatre. The Cokes were in a large glass and were almost just like Cokes in the US. They were very busy and it was raining outside. The doors were closed and it was very warm inside. We sat at a tall table outside (in the mall side) and it was great.
