Great food, friendly service but no atmosphere at all which given reviews and that’s it was a Saturday night was very surprising and disappointing - we were the only customers we saw all night :(

We got the tasting platter of 3 appetizers, the hokkien mee and the rendang. While the dishes were mostly well executed, I thought the wow factor was lacking for the price charged, although the decor did not disappoint. The restaurant is billed as modern Asian East-meets-west but I did not find the food to be inspiring, except maybe the tofu salad. Having said that, the rendang, hokkien mee, ngoh hiang were all solid, just not very modern/fusion. The chicken rice roll is a great idea but flopped in my view because the rice was not fragrant and the chicken meat flavour and texture was not really brought out.

We had a wonderful time in CreatureS and enjoyed delicious dishes!!

drinks were pretty expensive. kebaya blue was very bland. durian cake's genoise layers had very rough texture, perhaps due to recipe. cake was also too sweet perhaps due to the syrup to save the genoise from being dry. all the mains were good, we got to try all except lamb and ayam percik. overall still an enjoyable experience.
