Located on the ground floor of the Wanderlust Hotel in Singapore’s Little India, Cocotte is a rustic French restaurant working towards sustainability. Helmed by Chef Anthony Yeoh, who advocates traceability and honesty in all ingredients used, the restaurant's menu is thoughtfully crafted and conscious of its impact on both the community and the environment. Cocotte actively engages in sustainable sourcing with the use of unadulterated ingredients such as barn-raised eggs, grass-fed cows, as well as organic vegetables from a local organic farm making its way to the kitchen. These carefully selected ingredients translate to hearty traditional dishes with flavours akin to those from the French countryside and are served in sharing portions.
The Singapore dining hall's rustic furnishings and intimate ambience further encourages communal dining and interaction between diners. Expect to find comforting French favourites such as mussels mariniere, signature poulet roti, as well as roast pork collar on Cocotte in Little India’s a la carte menu.
