Loved the braised beef cheek! It was seasoned to perfection.

The waiter took the wrong order and we took it as we didn't want to wait any longer but it was not as nice as we thought. We have indicated it was for birthday celebration, no birthday wishes from the staff. The other dishes were quite nice.

I choose this place for a first date. My lunch partner was interested in trying some French classics and this place is great for that - they have a long a la carte menu with some of my favorites like coq au vin. Great service. Probably not only because of the food, we got married shortly afterward.

Returned to Bistro du Vin immediately upon return to Singapore. Been there many times, never regretted.

The food and service staff was great, the only minor gripe I had was how the tables were too close together so we were sandwiched on both sides by other couples, could hear all their conversations and ended up not having much privacy.

Staff were friendly and attentive. Restaurant gets quite packed and noisy but this is to be expected at a popular venue during dinner on a PH. Had pigeon which is quite gamey.. a bit like duck. Meat is also very duck coloured.. has that deep ducky color. Sauce is good. Had rainbow trout. Very crispy and nice. Vegetables were juicy and flavourful. Had crab cake for the entree.. a bit unexpected. Reminded me of some Chinese food I ate, perhaps I haven’t had crab cake in a while.

I have to say that I was a bit disappointed. The entree was good but the bread was old , I would estimate from the day before. The main dish was porc and i didn’t even eat half of it as it was full of fat not much meat. Unfortunately the eating experience was not great . Regards Wolfgang

The absolute best atmosphere in Singapore for a truly French experience. The place is packed every night. The food is sublime. The very friendly French owner and operator is there 6 days a week. What a place. All the staff work so well together and they produce a brilliant product. It’s vibrant, buzzy and so friendly. A must !!!
