The outlet at Shaw offers a different experience as compared to the one at Zion road. The latter has a more laid back feel to it while the former is more upmarket and trendy.
I have been here many times and always enjoyed the quality of the food and the attentive service. I had a very good dining experience in a casual setting.
Awesome! Food is good and the restaurant manager is spot on with his recommendations =) great ambience for a much needed date night! Thank you
avoid striploin at all - cheap piece of meat with heavy pepper seasoning , tasteless wine served at wrong temperature very packed and busy bistro dont feel welcomed by service team , understaffed overrated french restaurant
Service was great and food was good. A little on the pricey end, but generally very good experience. Wished they had more wine (by the glass) options.
Great food, nice and quiet place for a lovely dinner. Waiters are always there to serve your needs. This place will not disappoint you with its class and food.
Been a while since we visited. Enjoyed the evening with my missus. Service is impeccable and food standards remain as fantastic as always. Thanks and will be back soon
Great French food in Orchard. Great wine list to boot!
the food and wine were good! service pretty attentive. on the pricy side.
Always reliable choice. Hospitable and attentive staff who always make me feel welcome, duck confit done to perfection and heavenly bread. Highly recommended. You will not regret it.
Food was good. Service by our main servers was good. However, there was a service staff or supervisor who could do with better improvement to his service level. We weren’t made aware that food will be served course by course and this being our first visit, we would not know any better. So when we asked for our mains, the reply was curt and the refill of wine was done in a slipshod manner. Fortunately that service experience was made up by the other service staff.
Great French bistro food. A little bit of France in Singapore. Lunch special set menu is well selected and great value for money. Will go back.
Very welcoming staff Very helpful since I was dining with my 7 month old . Food is hearty French .. good portions . Fresh produce . Definitely a winner and has my stamp for repeat visits
Good dining experience, food was delicious and staff were attentive and friendly! My friends and I had a very nice Christmas gathering. Will recommend this to others!
haven't been there for dinner for a while, happy to be back to experience the same great food and service. The baked cheese Mont d'or platter was fantastic. Food portion has shrunk a bit since my last visit but still taste just as yummy.
Good foods with EXCELLENT services! will definitely go again for sure!
Great atmosphre, wine list, mashed potatoes and Mille feuille. A real touch of France, with a french speaking manager. Plan to book ahead, the place is very very popular
Great atmosphere. Food was awesome as usual, tried the beef cheeks for a change and wasnt disappointed. The apple tart was fantastic though I would have preferred it to have been paired with vanilla ice cream instead.
Favourite bistro in Singapore. Excellent food, nice atmosphere, good service
I made booking incorrectly, but the staff accommodated a table for us. Food was delicious, chef came out from the kitchen to greet us. Apparently chef's wife is Japanese. No wonder we tasted something Japanese in dishes. It was a pleasant experience.
There were the four of us and we ordered starters, mains and deserts. We all had an enjoyable time especially the deserts. Our French guest complimented the beef cheek he had.
Location and food quality is always great. Like the service too
There are nice service and foods in this rest ! Good guys. All the foods taste good and volume is large for big man !
The staff were all really friendly and good with recommending everything from entree to desserts. Will gladly recommend other friends to come here for quality french food.
Deliciously memorable... Happens to be white truffle season so the scrambled eggs with shaved truffle was just a must. Attending staff were super attentive and hospitable too.
Great ambience, food and excellent service by the staff. I have not had a better meal in years and would definitely return for another round!
Fantastic restaurant. Great food, terrific service. This is a genuine French bistro. It is really family friendly but also a great place for couples. Merci!
Food very nice, ppl very friendly, environment very good! Strongly recommended, especially for a romantic dinner!!! The price is reasonable and really worth it! Even the location is quite convenient.
Attentive staff. Quality food. Reasonable price. Accessible location. Food a tad salty though but love it...dont take the steal tartare off the menu ever! Yumz.
Great French cuisine. Duck confit and duck rillettes are fantastic. Set lunch is value for money and will certainly return again. Wide selection of wine too.
Great food as always. Good service. I like their rotating menus
I love the breads!! find the tables arrangement a bit cramp.
Nice food nice atmosphere quality is always there. The service is great also we enjoy from the starter to the dessert.
Good service, very good French cuisine. The desert, apple tart and home made ice cream, in particular was fantastic. Prices are reasonable for this part of town
excellent service, decent food. lamb shank could have been braised longer, calvados apple dessert disappointing - tough pastry, calvados too strong. I'll go back again.
Good service, set lunch was worth it. $40++ for starter, main, dessert and coffee/ tea. Would be pricy without set lunch. Food about salty though. Nice desserts. The best creme bruleh I have eaten.
Just excellent! Perfectly prepared food, great wines, friendly service and very comfortable ambiance.
Service is good, food is good. I made an reservation stating that it's my husband's birthday and need a quiet corner. The request is well taken and I have a quiet corner with my husband. We ordered a dessert to share and they put in extra effort in plating the dessert with "Happy Birthday" and a candle which I did not requested it. Double thumb up.
Food was quite salty especially the confit, French onion soup is quite nice. Overall it’s not very good. For this price point I won’t go again.
Lovely experience each time i m back. Expected less on a busy friday night but the wait staff n host are simply lovely. True hospitality and warmth. Food is superb. Perhaps it's just me n my palate... found the food a tad salty for my liking but no one else at my table complained. Even my fussy grouchy little one was impressed with the bread basket (asked for second helping), the seafood/fish main, bite size portions from each of our plate (ate them all) and escargots ...lol...what more could i say? But, thank you, staff and chef at du vin. Will be back.
Tried the creme brulee, it was great! My favorite one in Singapore
Went there for the creme brulee and potato gratin. The gratin was OK, would have been better if the potatos were cut thinner. The creme brulee was awesome!
Excellent atmosphere and the mussels were some of the best I have ever had. The owner,Phillip, is friendly and makes sure you enjoy your dinner. Third visit and will return soon
Food was okay. Service was slow. Took a long time for food to come. Lunch set menu hasn’t changed for a while. Would be nice to change up the menu a bit.
Excellent wine and cozy environment. Cheese is a little too strong
Set lunch was good value for money. I like the pan-seared foie gras and the banquette was excellent too.
Ordered the ibrico pork ribeye & margret de canard (duck), the presentation was like candy to the eye, and the taste was quite authentic. Our French host and his staff were warm and friendly. Will definitely be back again. This French restaurant is definitely better than the highly rated one one very near SMU.
Consistently high standard of French bistro food. Attentive and friendly service. Prices seem to have gone up since the last time I was there though.
Excellent experience. The pan seeared foie gras is perfect witu the duck confit nicely done and delectable! The desserts were not too sweet. Just nice. Staff was helpful, courteous and professional.
Restaurant service and food is very good. The lunch set which comes as a 3 course is worth the price. Steak was done to perfection.
