The service was great, food was good as usual and an awesome playground to keep the little ones entertained. Most tables have a clear view of the playground.

2nd visit to Beauty in the Pot. Excellent service, food is fresh, ambience is good. Though pricey, worth to pamper yourselves. Good experience overall. Will definitely revisit again.

The staff at Beauty in the Pot have been very attentive and almost on par with the service you can get from Haidilao. The food and soup are great too, nice atmosphere and ambience.

Efficient and attentive service level. Food was served fast. The yuan yang pot of collagen and tomato soup base was a good combination. The yuzu drink at the end of the meal was refreshing.

Amazing collagen hotpot as always. Standard is always the same; ingredients are fresh. Tried the tomato soup as well and it’s really tasty too. Definitely the best collagen hotpot

Happy lunch. Will most certainly visit again. Price was not cheap but food was yummy and service was great from very warm and attentive staff except for a strange sour-faced lady (looks like a Myanmarese)with huge eyes who appeared behind to my table momentarily. I enquired abt the password to reactivate the notebook to place my order with her and she unhappily uttered “5,6,7,8” with this face ->😒 I got a birthday cake and a balloon as I was there celebrating my birthday.

The location was easy to find, store is big and crowded even on weekdays. Service was not too bad but not as good as the outlet at Centerpoint. Overall, soup and good still good, though a little too salty and can be improved. :)

The collagen soup is delicious and the food is fresh. We have a great time. They even give a small cake & sing birthday song (in Cantonese too) to my niece. The service is good too.

Love the quality of food here! Staff were very helpful and always available. It was quite noisy though (other customers) and especially when they were clearing the table. There wasn't much waiting time as we had a very early dinner.

My second time eating here n definitely will be more. I simply love the freshness of the ingredients and the soup base is awesome. I do not get extremely thirsty after drinking the soup at all. Usually at other hot pot outlets. I get extremely thirsty after dining there. I am coming back here soon !!

Good service & friendly staff. Collagen soup was good. Staff was very obliging when I told them that it was my friend’s birthday and they got her a cake and sang birthday song.

Have been to beauty in the pot for the third time. Excellence service and food provided.

Very good dinning experience for my 1st visit (service + food). The only downside would be : the extra charges on the condiments & the time limit per visit (90 mins). Overall it's a bit pricey (already spent $126 for 2 pax and condiments are still chargeable). Need improvement on getting staff to mend the phone calls too as it never seems to get thru even if you want to make enquiries instead of making reservation. Will visit again but probably not that often due to the pricey charges.
