Great service. Food is fresh and tasty. My 3rd visit. Limited assortments compared to hai Di Lao..would be better if they increase the selection of fruits and snacks.

Excellent service from the staff who are attentive and polite. The soup is flavorful and the selection of ingredients are fresh and tasty. A bit on the pricey side (about $50/pax) but well worth the cost for the food and experience.

The service and environment are good. The soup base and foods are as good as usual too. Overall experience is great except is very pricey.

Food was good, especially the fried tofu skin, and the complimentary yuzu drink served at the end of the meal. The service was not too bad, but they were less attentive than usual for that day.

The kids really enjoyed the playground! While they expanded their energy, we adults had a wonderful meal! Will come back again and recommend to families looking for a kid friendly place.

Nice food and environment. There is an outdoor play ground now beside the restaurant. Kids friendly. They had remove the free flow rice though. Their rice are really nice too.

Staff are friendly & helpful. Food was fresh too. Very nice ambience with pretty pinkish decorations. They also give balloons for birthday celebrations. This is my 3rd time visit and their service is still as good.

The collagen soup base is no longer as tasty as last time. This would be the last time I have this beauty in the pot.

Food as good as usual but we went at 4:30pm and service was bad. Food that we ordered only came half. The other half did not come till 30mins later after we requested them to check twice. Standard dropped alot after the renovation

There were a lot of varieties of food. Food was good and fresh. The fruits were replenish very fast. The waitress serrving us was very responsive and attentive.

Service was good . Soup broth was great as well..but have to look in detail the receipt during payment. I only realise i was charged the on the Condiment for a 1year old kid that is not even eating.

Quick and easy, best for preplanning and beating the crowds. Will definitely go again and visit this establishment, always go with an empty stomach to enjoy all the food!

Queue was not long and e soup actually taste better than e last time.

Their service was extremely good. It was my friend's birthday yesterday and they sang birthday song for her. They gave a special drink to remove the oiliness from the hotpot.

The most important aspect of the steamboat would be the soup and they got it correct. It was fantastic. My first time trying the live drunken prawns. Very fresh. The staff service was friendly and willing to offer advice. Worth trying if you like steamboat but expect a queue if you walk in.

Excellent food quality as always! With superb attentive service - no complaints! Only wish they will do away with the kowtowing - truly not necessary! Makes us feel uncomfortable!
