Had the lunch set menu and it was a good deal. Starter course featured a good array of charcuterie and salad.

Expensive italian food that is extremely underwhelming in taste. Pasta was overcooked. Head chef was more interested in talking to rich diners.

Our second time there and the food is great as always!

Prompt service, great food, nice ambience, complimentary parking was offered without needing to request. Overall perfect.

Easily one of the best Italian restaurants in Singapore. The crusted tuna, octopus leg, and seafood risotto are the standout dishes, and the truffle honey with the cheese platter really helps set it apart from cheese platters at other restaurants. One thing that really needs to be improved on the food however, is the gratuitous amount of oil they drizzle on almost every single dish. On two occasions where I specifically requested no extra oil to be drizzled on my dish, it still was, and my tuna and octopus were just drowned in it. They have also changed the wine package offerings to much inferior wines but decided to increase the prices. Service has also been slipping with each visit. I have been here about 5/6 times and in my last visit there were just too many mistakes for it to be acceptable. Courses were not served in the order we requested, food was not served to our specifications, we kept getting rushed through courses, and just a general inattentiveness. With the latest modifications to the AmEx Love Dining privileges here, it’s safe to say we won’t be returning.

Service was good but found the food a bit pricey for the quality. I've had better Italian food elsewhere at the same price range.

Service was very good. To me Pizza was the best. Risotto was not as good as I thought it should be. Overall lovely experience, given current Covid situation with buffet food served to the table.

Service was terrible. Due to COVID-19 restrictions, it’s been turned into ala carte buffet. What I did not expect was that they would serve ALL the appetisers/mains together on a plate. It was an absolute mess. If I wanted Chai Png I would’ve gone for that instead. Absolute disappointment - do not recommend

Poor seating. Pork was grossly overcooked. Although waiter was nice but recommended the set which was poor in taste. Told recept few days before to request for surprise cake for wife birthday but nothing came although it was acknowledged. Overall, Basilico just sucks and it is definitely not a Italian restaurant.

The area where we sat was too dark and gloomy. Service was quite slow but possibly understandable due to the recent reopening after COVID-19.
