Beautiful open space with great French onion soup, it was great!

Assuming it was a gastro bar, we wouldn’t have expected much for a family of 7 but this place proved us wrong. Of course do request for an outdoor seating so you and your children will be able to enjoy the outdoors with great music and amazing breeze. Considering the children had a voracious appetite, the cost-to-quality was worth commending, and the portions were considerable too!

Food was amazing though price not cheap. Spent $200 in total for 2 mushroom soups, a one person salad, one pork chop, one pizza and two pasta.

Great quality food, value for money. Pan fried salmon and wagyu beef were delicious. Mushroom soup is a bit too thick for my liking though.

Awful experience. Booked a table for New Years Eve and had to wait over 30 mins to be seated. Then took another age to get a clean table, and when asked teh waitress just got bad attitude. Drink orders took far too long and quality of cocktails is very bad - do not recommend. Then they couldn't control the people surrounding the table so felt very awkward trying to eat surrounded by people pushing you in the back! Overall awful experience. I understand they were busy - and its probably one of the busiest nights of the year but the staff just couldn't cope and instead of trying to help and be reasonable just got worst service and a bad attitude. I won't be going back.

The food was good especially pizza. Drinks were delivered after 40 minutes and the service was mediocre. Location is good.

Great quality food and drinks, beautiful view of the Marina Bay. However service was a little slow and inattentive, perhaps it was understaffed when we visited.

A great spot for a burger and a beer near the bay that won't break the bank - and good beers and ales on menu from the Archipelago Brewery.

The entire staff was unattentive and in what seemed to be a bad mood. Meals were not served together. Food was of average quality and taste.

Very slow service. The girl who served us didn't have a clue about the pre-show menu that I asked to order from. So much so that I had to ask for the manager in charge to come to the table instead! But he never showed up. She finally let us order from the pre-show menu after I showed her Barossa's website. The food came 15-20 min later even though we told them we had a 8pm show to catch. When the bill came I was charged for only 1 pre-show order. I had to go up to the manager and asked to pay for the other 3 orders that I was not charged for. The staff at Barossa need much better training, immediately!!

Food was great, our order arrived very soon after we ordered. The happy hour at barossa was also great. They serve archipelago beers. Bar bites r good too. Chill vibes to be expected at this place.

Service without a smile. Patrons have to look for service staff themselves. The food was decent but nothing fantastic. Not a place that I would return.

Tenderloin was too chewy. Sides were really good - onion rings, truffle fries and sauteed mushrooms. Huge serving! Desserts were good - recommend the chocolate cake.

Went to the restaurant with high expectations because of good reviews but was disappointed. We tried the beef buffet for dinner. The first plate of beef was slightly cold, and we were given meat with too much fats. Only the second plate of beef that came was hot and tasted better. The fries was good. However, both of us ended up with a diarrhea the next day.

Barossa Wings were very tasteless even though they are chef recommended. Suggest management turn off the music if there's a loud performance going on at the outdoor theatre. It was far too noisy that evening as there was a drumming performance and the restaurant was blasting its own music. Steak and ribs were good. But overpriced if you don't use the entertainer app.

I have been dining at Barossa - Esplanade for many years. Good experience, nice food with reasonable price and the most important thing nice atmosphere. Love it! ^^

Very nice restaurant, cheap and clean. We went there on a business dinner and it was really appropriate and nice. I recommend this place. The food was very good.

Lovely location and setting. Need to rethink the music choice for such a restaurant. Good staff. Good food. Good selection of drinks. Just don't assume that all main courses come with sides. Many you have to order and pay for.

Disappointed! Service bad! Food bad! Waiter had the personality of a wet dish cloth and barely managed 4 words to us and treated us like we were a total inconvenience and had his tongue cut out. 2 out of 4 meals were sent back to the kitchen to be cooked correctly/have the correct order. The $22 pizza tasted bland and may have even been a frozen base, which was tasteless. Drinks arrived after 3 meals were served, even after we asked for the waiter to chase them up. Will not be going back and will warn people against going there. They should not be marketing themselves as Australian cuisine - they should be calling themselves an overpriced American diner!! Very disappointing dining experience.

Food was nice and arrived promptly but service was very deadpan, hardly any emotion or energy from the main wait staff, clearly would have preferred to be somewhere else.

Very disappointed! The look of the dish is totally different from the photos in the menu. The steak was overcooked & super dry. The worst steak I ever have! I am surprised the "excellent" comments in the reviews!

Poor service due to shortage of staff. It was quite disappointing. Was looking forward to have a nice meal but was only informed after waiting for 15 minutes that the order will take another 30-45 minutes.

Food portions at Barossa are large generally, and sharing is recommended for small eaters.Prices are relatively high as well, but so is the food quality.
