We had a very good time at Bali Thai. The waiting time for the food wasn't long at all and it was really tasty. The staff were awesome. We had a special request as it was my mom's birthday and the staff were really enthusiastic and fulfilled our request. Had a very good dining experience.

Good place to eat Thai food and value for money.

The service by one of the waitress taking our order was bad. She was curt and impatient in her reply. The quality in terms of the food was also not fantastic. It is either too bland or too salty. We have had Bali Thai several times but we were disappointed in the quality of the food that we had yesterday. Wiyah

Though the restaurant seems to be short of servers, the entire crews are still working at it optimal. Great dining experience and will come back again.

Tasty food to be had here, with friendly service. But their kitchen was more than a tad slow: took more than 30 minutes to serve my lunch, which was a simple 1-dish meal.

Nice ambience. Food was good. Staff had briefly mentioned about delay in serving of orders thus we anticipated it. Overall, 5 out of 6 stars.

Please make reservation if possible. We had a blast. And servers was kind enough especially the guy server named Meng. He was so sweet to keep serving us water even without us asking.

Food is very good. Frequent attention to customers is needed to make sure missing items are provided timely. Otherwise the service level was considered good.
