I had some problems regarding my reservation on 16 Sept during F1 period and the house was really busy with orders n billing. However, one of the female staff attended to me with patience. I was also assisted by the manager in house to a place at the bar as he explained to me regarding the reservation problem as they do not take anymore RSVP after 5pm. Thanks to the wonderful staffs at Balaclava whom made my evening pleasant despite the busy crowd.

Service can be better. Also we have 10 and the selection on the website is only up to 8 persons. Please offer Guinness 1 for 1.

Great place to chill out after work and quite nice ambiance with live band. However, the food is a little too salty. Do consider having your meals elsewhere instead. Oh but the disappointing part is 1-for-1 beer promotion caused the bar to run out of beer and they didn't counter provide the alternative beer or give a refund.

Very good. I reach around 30 mins earlier and they already have the table setted up for us. Will book again via this app next time.

I was out with a couple of clients and the service and ambience was great! We enjoyed the drinks and even got a chance to have a close look at the Lambo's in the showroom next door! Will definitely be back soon.

Overall is good. I have been there twice, they are pretty slow in serving the ordered food, we need to keep asking the waiter to check for us.

I made reservations via quandoo, but when we arrived, they said there wasn't a reservation. We showed them the confirmation and had to wait 10mins for them to set up a table outside, as there were no indoor seating left available. The f&b was ok in taste and price. The staff was rather forgetful. The location is very convenient. The nightly live music gets the crowd in.

Nt sure issit shortage of staff.. everytime be it sat or fri.. whenever we require staff attention for ordering or bill , always being ignored n we have to repeatedly get their attention. Once my fren bday, request to put the cake awhile in balaclava fridge, n take it out when it strike 12mn. The staff just bring the whole thing(including plastic bag) out for us without helping us to take out the cake n place the candle etc like wat other restaurants or clubs did.

Cosy environment and engaging band on a weekday evening. Value on 1 for 1 drinks promo for during happy hours. Would return for the ladies night.

Nice music and food but pricing for food abit high. Tables always not enough if walk in so need to make reservation especially on Friday.

I loves the atmosphere and music there must try the salted egg fish skin n mini beef burger Food not bad , will definitely go back again Love it !

Nice place to hang out with friends. Recommended to make a reservation before going there. I quite like the live band, the singer is very good.

Enjoyed the ladies night with complimentary drinks, nice atmosphere and nice food. Hope there will be more food variety added to menu. Will definitely visit again.

Great place to unwind in the central district, live band was great with the classics doe out and the crowd was lively as we enter the night. Drink deals are affordable during the happy hours.

Very nice place to hangout! We will come back here definitely. However, you should increase more staffs because it takes time to call them and slow serving.

Nice environment, good food, May promo of 1 for 1 is a definite draw. Service could be better as the servers were scattered and difficult to catch their attention.

Ambience is good, music is fantastic, good variety of drink. Love the 10% discount with the use of POSB Everyday card. Crowd was decent and service is great!

Staff weren't attentive, and most of them are rather focus only on the bar area, with little to no staff walking past the sofa area often enough.

The hokkien mee taste very good. Love the ladies night and the 1 for 1 happy hour. Red wine and white wine are good too.

Good happy hour prices, food menu was quite expensive. Live band was not really enjoyable - we were initially seated indoors where it was impossible to speak to each other without shouting, then when the live band came on, it became quite unpleasant so we requested to move to sit outside, which the service staff did arrange for us.

Bar promos were good, we ordered some light bar snacks, service was prompt and the staff very attentive. The Band and music was fantastic. Had a fun Hen's night celebration. cheers!

Very happy with the overall experience! The band was great! Beer and drinks price were reasonable priced. And the crowd was fantastic, would definitely visit again!

Delicious Hokkien Fried Prawn Noodles in a bistro!! Happy Hours drinks are also relatively affordable!! Live band is great but DJ needs to work the music more~
