With sweeping views out over Marina Bay, Axis Bar & Lounge’s Raffles Avenue address is the place to see and be seen in Singapore. With chic, modern design featuring leather, metal and ebony, Axis exudes style and sophistication. By day, Axis is a laidback cafe offering light bites or afternoon tea served with sandwiches, scones and sweets. As night falls, Axis transforms into a chic, contemporary bar where you can sip a glass of champagne, a smooth cocktail or try a light tapas bite, with the sparkling city skyline as your beguiling backdrop.
Sleek, modern furnishings and a view of Singapore’s beautiful skyline put Axis Bar & Lounge on the cutting edge. Tea lovers are encouraged to visit for afternoon tea and order up one of the many light dishes on the daytime menu. Featuring teas from the local TWG Tea Company, guests can rest assured that they are being served only the finest beverages available. Accompany your cup of tea with international snacks like empanadas or pane pomodoro and feel like a true VIP at this high-end bar and lounge at Singapore’s Marina Square.
Evening visitors to Axis Bar & Lounge on Singapore’s Raffles Avenue at Marina Square will find that the vibe becomes even classier than in the daytime hours. Drinks like the mandarin sling – mandarin vodka mixed up with cherry brandy, midori, passion fruit juice, peach puree, orange and lemon – are the perfect way to start off a classy evening, while classics like whiskey on the rocks are ideal for discerning purists. International dishes such as the trio of mini Wagyu burgers and the Asian spiced crab cakes are there for when hunger pangs strike, and are a perfect way to soak up all that premium alcohol.
My first reservation with Quandoo and the cafe. Upon reservation, I received email from both Quandoo and the cafe to confirm my reservation. I was given a seat with fantastic view on that day. Serving of food was at a right Pace so that one could enjoy the food comfortably. Upon enquiry, the waitress shared that the menu is changed once every month with different theme. Overall, cost ambience, nice food and great staff. Strongly recommended.
Ambience was good and the food, especially the savory tarts were tasty and fresh.
the view was great, plus the lounge music was soothing. it may be more perfect if the lights in the lounge could be darkened slightly more, so as to better appreciate the view outside.
The staffs are very attentive to our request and they are very friendly. I was offered a private space for high tea when I was informed that there is a event going on at 4.30pm and it is almost full house. The ambience is worth the stay n the portion of high tea is jus nice for one person. However, I wish there is a selection for pescetarian in near future. A awesome place to spend the afternoon w friends or alone w a view :)
The ingredients for the savouries were really fresh, which is really hard to come by! The sweets and scones were just passable. The service was impeccable at first, but later, they couldn't cope well. I think they are under-staffed. But overall, it was a great experience.
Good place to catch up with friends. Service was excellent. Extensive range of drinks, including non-alcoholic drinks. Staff were happy to arrange a seat with a view despite my last-minute reservation.
A lovely laid back experience watching day turn tonight from a great view in the bar ,excellent service . A nice way to spend our last night in Singapore.
Requested for a table close to the Windows for a view of the Esplanade and MBS. The staffs were attentive and there was a pianist playing melodies during the Afternoon Tea session.
Their service was very good. My friend and I really enjoyed ourselves. They provided good details of the food when it was served. Good view, good tea and value for money.
Ambience is great. Food is very good too. Quality of food is commendable. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Will go again in next months.
