Service need to improve as I think the responseS was quite slow and not that attentive. Overall the ambiance was good and enjoy the food.

Change of menu for the better! Glad to experience it, with good service and food standards has increased too.. Will be back again to try other menu items~

Nice ambience and nice food. Managed grab sofa seat. Went for birthday celebration and my boyfriend like it. The thai milk tea lava cake is nice.

Food was great. Ambience was good as well. Steak portion was big. Drinks price (coffee) was a little steep but overall good experience. Would visit again.

It was not 50% off for the lychee tea when I ordered a main for lunch yesterday, I’m fine to pay the full price for the tea but felt the print on the menu was alittle misleading.

Ambience of the bistro was good --- I went there during a weekday afternoon when there was also less people around. The salad that I tried was interesting as well.

Had a dinner there. Nice environment. Their fruit tea is good compared to other place I tried was too sweet. Definitely go back to try their hi-tea set.

Service was fairly fast and food was ok. Enjoyed the tea and Moscato. Waiteress has to more receptive towards diners' request in choice of seats.

Ordered a bowl of granola salad but the taste just so so only. I was so disappointed and I don’t think I will support this cafe again in the future

Prompt service. Food is well done. A bit pricey. But compared to PS cafe and Coffee Academics, they are cheaper. Very nice decor. Wish they serve on a proper plate instead of a wooden tray. The latter is good if food is shared.

A beautiful experience as always. Great service with a unique selection of teas. This is not my first visit here and I definitely will return again.

The food was good, very pretty aesethetic and the whole ambiance was great. Love the selection of teas they offered and the free refills for most we great! Service could be a tad faster.

Posted the same review on tripadvisor. More people should be aware. Went for dinner with some friends to Arteastiq. Ordered a dish with crabcake patty.There was crab shell in it. My friend very politely highlighted the shell's presence to the server, just to have the kitchen staff be more attentive and avoid any possible injury to diners. This is the chef's response; "So? It is normal. Crab will have shell like fish have bones." And he said that loud enough for us to hear it three tables away (it was a semi-open kitchen concept). The server upon hearing his response laughed loudly and said, "You tell the customer lah!" Does that mean I should be expecting, Bones in beef patty Bones in chicken patty Bones in fishcake Shell in crabcake Shell in prawncake And the likes of it? Food is not bad. But service is utterly terrible. Crab shell in crabcake patty could possibly be a choking hazard or may lacerate the intestinal tract. The flippant attitude of the chef and servers leave much to be desired. Fyi, we paid for the food in full. But we will probably never visit again.

It’s our 1st visit to Plaza Singapura Outlet. The lady who took our order must be tired and was unfriendly. I am a little disappointed with the service but enjoyed a pot of nice tea.

The food and tea was good. Except that i didnt know sofa seats were for 3 people and above. Was looking forward to the seats as i reserved quite long ago.

Ambience was awesome, very helpful staff. The food is towards more Asian palate, even though it is a western dish. Overall , we enjoyed the environment alot :)

The food is good, but seating arrangements are cramped, especially at the back of the restaurant . Felt like we were seated together although there’s the small gap in between.

Had Hi-tea set. Great ambience and atmosphere. Food was great too! But service was not as prompt. This can be further improved by the staffs.

Nice ambience and food presentation are great. I ordered the truffle pasta dish which is flavorful with truffle and ingredients are fresh. Overall a pleasant dining experience.

The high tea was great. Liked that the specialty tea has a very wide selection and comes with 2 loyal flavoured cookies such as hae bee hiam and pandan gula melaka.

Gathering with friends. Quite a nice ambience for get-togethers. Ordered teas, one main and one dessert to share out. Potato churros was quite nice. Quite a wide selection of teas to choose from.

We had visited plaza sg branch just now and we find it the service of the staff need to be improved. One of the staff who is wearing black was rude because when we first ask for an empty cup for the kid and second times was checking bill with her, she gave us a “kind” of expression which some kind of looking down on people. Come on we spent hundred plus in your restaurant , what kind of service is this? I never had this experience at mandarin gallery branch. Kinda dissappointed and spoilt our birthday celebration mood . Pls give her a full course of training. Thanks

Good ambience. Good lunch set, love the iced lychee tea and food. Cozy place to spend your time. Overall having good experience for the lazy afternoon.

Service is very bad and very slow. Food quality is really bad. Overall, a unpleasant food experience. Will not visit again. Only the ambience is nice.

Waited for more than 30mins and realised they gave Forgotten my drink and slow in serving food. Looks like lacking of staffs in the shop.

I had my tea time with my besties here last few months. We ordered the afternoon tea set, enjoyed a bowl of hot tea over the sweetness..

Went there on Sunday afternoon and my friend and I got a table immediately. Ambience was nice but the food was just disappointing especially for the price we paid. I ordered a Flight Fantasy - brioche with two sunny side ups, spinach and chicken sausages. Not sure if it was just me but there was a bad stale smell in both the spinach and sausages.
