The open air of Changi and other areas of Singapore’s eastern tip draw out many creative types looking for an escape from the suffocating city. ARIA embraces this, offering a hub where like-minded musicians, artists and creative foodies can mingle and share. Found on Somapah Road, ARIA is a bar, cafe and restaurant that hosts regular live music gigs by local talents, and it regularly features the work of local artists alongside its more permanent original graffiti pieces by Ceno2. The food is no less inspiring that the art and music, featuring creative international dishes like American waffles with bacon and eggs, spicy Thai tom yam bee hoon soup, freshly baked British scones with strawberry jam, Mediterranean braised lamb shank, Bandung-style grilled beef ribs, Italian caprese salad and – well, you get the point. With all that’s on offer, it’s no surprise that ARIA fills up quickly, so book early to nab a spot for their next musical night or just a great group meal.
Very nice and chilling. Quite easy to find it too as it is at school 2 first floor. The seafood were very fresh too. :P
Visited on a Friday night. They had a 50% off beer promotion then, but the promotion has since shifted to Saturday. Join as memBer and get 10% discount on tge spot. Food is OK.
Good music good service and food. The performances were great as well. Awesome that there's an open mic session for anybody to just go up on stage and perform, regardless of how good or bad it may be. Excellent encouragement for growth of our music and art talent.
