their service stopped once they provide u with their recommendation for food to order. food is not bad but NOT worth the price or the 10% service charge. They claimed they are giving u a side and kunafa on the house but it is already mentioned as part of the $130 set. they are not even that busy but many things were lacking. the bad service is a TURN OFF and they are not attentive at all.

Beware of bait-and-switch tactics at this restaurant. We agreed to a customized family platter for 9 people based on the $170 menu option for 6, following the waiter's recommendation. However, the service was poor, and the food was mediocre and overpriced. The shocking part was the bill: over $500! They had charged us for a 12-person platter plus add-ons without our explicit consent regarding these extra charges. The small portion sizes of the sides also contradicted the menu description for the family platter (which mentioned mezze, pide, etc.). We thought the sides were part of the platter but when trying to clarify during payment the owner claimed that he mentioned to us he would add on some items, but we weren’t informed about the prices of these extra sides. Overall, an awful experience due to unethical and deceptive practices.

Overtrusted the boss in his recommendation. In the end, the bill turned out to be over $50 per head. He was vague in his recommendation even after repeated request to clarify. Should have fallen back on my 6th sense and set a budget when I didnt feel comfortable. But the food was ok. In the end, the boss also compromised by not charging dishes with multiple orders.
