Aqua Luna will offer special VIP al-fresco seating for festive dining on 24, 25, 31 December 2019 from 6.30pm to 10.30pm. Guests can enjoy the gorgeous evening sunset views as they dine, and as an added perk, the bar has included a complimentary one-off serving of a Cold Seafood Platter comprising poached lobster, fresh raw oysters and cured trout sashimi (with a minimum reservation of two persons).

The invigorating aroma of artisanal coffee wafting through the lobby of Park Hotel Alexandra emanates from The Coffee Belt. Here, coffee aficionados can relish pick-me-up cups of java, crafted by the hotel’s award-winning barista. During the holiday season, the café is set to dole out Christmas-themed coffee and cupcakes. The full-bodied Red Velvet Latte ($8.00++) is freshly brewed with whole milk, vanilla, chocolate, and a proprietary blend of 60% Brazil Fazenda Da Lagoa and 40% Papua New Guinea Sigri AA coffee beans exclusive to The Coffee Belt. The luscious and moist Red Velvet Cupcake ($4.50++) is topped with irresistible frosting that will sweeten the holiday memories. Both festive goodies are available for dine-in only.

Bound to be the centrepiece of any table, the Spit-Roasted Chicken with Sweet Orange & Aged Balsamic Glaze is available for takeaway. Succulent, juicy meat with thin crispy skin, all coated with a moreish glaze — this glorious dish is cooked-to-order, and will be a hit amongst your guests. Each roast chicken weighs in at around 1.8kg, and will feed 3 to 4 adults. The package comes with Roasted Vegetables, Herbed Potatoes and Balsamic Orange Sauce, and goes at $46 nett.
