The food was good and the service was fine. However, eating in a restaurant in Singapore that has no air-condtioning did not make for the pleasant dinner we had hoped for.

Decent food (we got the lamb and mutton curries) with a bit of funny service. Not sure why they need to serve the bill when we didn’t ask for it

Don’t get us wrong as we are/were a fan of Anglo’s Indian food. But seems like the standard and quality of the food has dropped. Have to say the Briyani dishes are slightly overpriced. The mutton in the mutton’s Briyani was a little hard and the nasi Briyani was a little salty. Also, the butter chicken’s texture is also a little tough. Gave the same feedback to the restaurant, hopefully things could improve.
