as im a hospitality trainer... i wasnt happy to find a strand of hair in our dessert... however... dat said... overall the food was nice... staff friendly... do have to note on grooming and hygiene factor though!!!

Delicious food and great service. Had their set lunch, tandoori chicken set, definitely one of the best tandoori chicken in town.. chicken was well marinated, tender & aroma was fantastic. Always enjoy dining at Zaffron.

Service was good, and food was really good. I had the set lunch with mutton curry, which was very tender and tasted yummy. Included with a drink, which I had Teh Tarik, very smooth and rich flavour. Love this place!

Generally good dining experience - good environment, great location and accessibility though I have to say the food is not really our style. Definitely a place to try out if you are into Indian food.

Order staff was very patient. Food portion was very fresh and sufficient. Wide variety and good place for business lunch. Was a bit pricey for the kind of food we orderes but we paid for the overall experience and ambience

Fantastic food fantastic service! butter chicken is good palak paneer is great. Decor is awesome. Masala chai can be spicier and sweeter. Please serve more traditional Indian desserts. Keep it up!

It was much better than I expected. Try out the huge selection of incredible appetizers. Everything was just so yummy. The waitress did an excellent job. I'd give more than 5 stars if I could!

The waiters are friendly and their service are good. Many food choices are available, for both vegetarian and non-vegetarian. The food is flavorful, delicious and yummy. Will come again!

Good ambience, clean and nice. waiters responds fast. Food was good, my girlfriend likes the naan but thinks that the curry is a bit underwhelming. Price is a tad bit on the expensive side.

I think it is better to go on a weekday and maybe slightly earlier if u wanna avoid the crowd. Service was fast / prompt. But as a non Indian I am not sure how certain food should be eaten. But nevertheless, it is still fun and exciting to eat the wonderful spread of food. Full of spices that I have never tried before / experienced. Will be there next time for other selection of food they have to offer

Helpful and friendly staff. Great food especially for groups of diners wanting individual portion and sharing plates. Overall experience is 7.5/10 and we will definitely return.

they closed late just to make sure we had a good dinner. it was great! the servers were very understanding and the food was AMAZING.

I order a set lunch and the portion is satisfactory. The service is excellent. The restaurant is quiet crowded in the weekend, and I am lucky to have reserve a table through Quandoo.

This is my second visit to Zaffron Kitchen. I love the food & the service provided by the waiter & waitress. Both my visits, I brought my customers & they were very happy. No doubt, I will patronize the restaurant again.

Booking process was easy. Staff service Can be improved further, was it was bit slow in terms of response time after the orders were placed. price was slightly on higher side.

Very good north indian food in Jurong East. Excellent, attentive service. Good kids menu and lots of wonderful choices for Tandoori. We forgot our child's scooter and they immediate rang us.

Food was good, but could not say the same for the service. Did not meet the expectation for a Michelin star restaurant. Hope they will be able to improve on the service.

Great service and food was excellent. Would definitely visit again. The atmosphere of the place was nice too. Tried the tandoori chicken, fish tikka and butter chicken. Loved them! The cheese naan could have been better though

Good food and atmosphere, however not so very conducive for a birthday gathering as the restaurant lack training in handling small party groups, when compared to few similar restaurants. Over all good and will visit again, however will not keep expectations high.

always visit this restaurant. this time it was very busy and slow in serving. waited for almost 30mins. perhaps should add more staffs and serving crews?

Westgate branch ... Excellent food with super service (kudos Hari Om and Yashwant), not cheap and in great ambience. The lamb shank biriyani is definitely worth a try rounded off with the moongdal ka halwa served with pista ice cream. Try the Michelin set meal although not sure why they call it that .. The mixed grill platter is very tasty.

Good food. Great for families and get togethers. A wonderful option for Indian food on the East coast. Fairly healthy portions of food to share too.

We had the special Michelin tasting menu for 2 which gave us an affordable and delicious sampling of the dishes; the service was also great!

The set lunch comes with a drink & many choices for main course & the drinks. Portion was generous & service was fast. Very cosy.
