Service could have been better. Halfway through while eating, certain part of the restaurant black out. We were seated where it was black out. Service crew did not offer to change us to the lighted areas.

Great service from the get-go. Extremely courteous and warm staff who were attentive to all our needs and requirements. Drinks and ice cream were being proffered repeatedly while we were waiting. Average price per pax, with a rather limited variety of food for the range of $25.90++. The restaurant has a 90 minutes dining limit, which is more than sufficient, even with an extended group of people.

Pricey but quite satisfied with the food served. Would love to visit agn in the future.

Second visit to Xiang Cao in a month! I do find the PH prices a little on the steep side, but the meat is fresher and thinner than other hotpot places. The mushroom soup is great!

If there is no limitation on the eating time it would be better

A bit overpriced if not gg for buffet. Hope tonhave more member discoubts for the ala carte orders as my friend is vegetarian

Soup base choice are plenty and good. One thing to improve is to include the soup base charges into the buffet pricing.
