WE WERE SEATED UPSTAIRS, WAITER WHO SERVE US WAS SUPER RUDE. TOLD US 1.5 HOURS EATING TIME BUT WAS TOLD TO GET ALL THE SAUCE BY THIS TIMING AS THEY WANT TO PACK UP THE PLACE. AND IT WAS JUST 20 MIN INTO OUT DINING HOUR. ASKING HIM QUESTION, HE DID NOT REPLY. THE WAITER WAS SKINNY AND TALL. FROM THE WAY HE SPEAK. HE IS FROM CHINA. IF HAPPEN TO BE SERVE BY HIM. BEING PREPARED TO BE CHASE.

nice food and variety of choices. we choose spicy pumpkin soup was nice to try.

My favourite hotpot place ever. The meat is not loaded with fats like other places. Staff are very helpful & efficient, although mandarin is their first language & might be a small communication barrier. Buy nothing pictures cannot solve. The tomato soup is better than HDL in my opinion.

Even we have reserved a table, but still take us 15mins waiting time for the table to ready. But overall everything is good. Enjoy the buffet.

During COVID , restaurant is doing well preparing. There are still many choice to choose and they serve us friendly . Less people but is more safe since not crowd .. time limit dinning for 1.5 hours .. but still alright since they asked us to have desert after due 1.5 hour .. well consideration

Insufficient of staff. Went the restaurant for a sat lunch and there is only 1 staff take care of the top level. Hence it will be tough for him to handle everything alone.

Nice atmosphere. Vegetables and mushrooms & prawn section were Super fresh. Service prompt. Soups were nice especially Herbal, Mushroom and Tomato.
