Unagiya Ichinoji - Suntec City

Enjoyed the food there and there was a variety items available besides ungai

It was not bad the last time.. but this time the unagi had a lot of bones and not a pleasant experience

Quite expensive. Visited Long time ago but not sure if it’s still opened after circuit breaker

Food is very nice. But our table was hit with cold aircon flow.. It is better to request table not cold.

We come here only for the food. The service is abysmal. The waitress looks like she's unhappy to be there and the manager is surly and unresponsive.

we will late by 15 mins and as our first time there,.we were searching for the place, but one of the staff was a bit not happy that we were late... wanted us to call if late but we thought got 15 min grace.. a bit spoilt the day as I am celebrating my wife actual birthday

Service is bad except 1 of the Japanese waiter. Food is not so good as mention. When we ask for rice the person in charge can tell us we need to pay of cos i know it not free of charge de. What a reply

Food was pretty average. We went for the unagi but those served were probably not japanese eel as the texture was different.

Food and service were great overall, but we seated beside a pair of couple gossiping audibly and almost non-stop about their office bosses and colleagues... it was rather irritating. I thought maybe it would stop when they have food in their mouth but I was wrong. Well... just our luck i guess.

2 our orders never came and there were a lot of sold-out items (restaurant wasn't packed to the brim) on the menu so why bother putting it on the menu, quite disappointing. Service can be improved, they looked short handed and cannot handle the dinner crowd turnout. It's a shame as the food wasn't too bad.

They seated us just where the aircon is blowing and I have a child with me. Settings on the table like napkins and chopsticks are not there

Love this place for their charcoal grilled unagi and it‘s great if you want to escape from the crowds at Man Man or other more busy places. You can still enjoy the high quality unagi in peace and with no hassle.

Good quality food and service standard. Unagi super fresh and yummy.

The eel is well fone. The food overall was a good experience. Outdoor seating will not endure rain so its not ideal. Good service staff.

The environment is nice and the most important thing there the unagi is nice. it is affordable and delicious.

Food quality is good. Service can be better. The more elderly female wait staff doesn’t know the menu well. Often need to check with others. Ambience is good though the music volume is too loud, at times making conversation difficult.
